I just like to take a big spoonful and eat them straight. I love how they sort of expand in your mouth.

Haven’t tried Chia Seeds yet, but have been wanting to. I would use them to bulk up my oatmeal and yogurts – and then I would probably end up throwing them in a lot of my foods because I am sure they are as amazing as you have lead us to believe 🙂

I eat chia seeds in my oat bran and/or oatmeal every morning. They are such an unbelievable addition to my breakfast. I was noticing too that I stay fuller longer from the oats since I started adding chia seeds — now I know why!

How exciting! I’ve never tried chia seeds, and to be honest the first time I saw them on your website I was kinda grossed out. However, after reading all of the benefits, I’m excited to try them out for myself! I think the first thing I’d try them in is a delish smoothie for after my workouts.
