Summer Shape Up 2015: Workout #4

Hi friends! For workout #4, I filmed a video for you. This is a barre/strength combo you can do anywhere, and it’s 20 minutes long. Repeat it up to 2 times for a 20-60 minute workout. ๐Ÿ™‚

    I tried the leg lifts on all fours and then bent over. They were so much more difficult standing! Wow! It probably didn’t help that I had an eight-month-old hanging on my legs. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    I’ve been doing this video one to two times a week since you posted and it is a killer! It is the perfect 20 minute workout that gets everything fired up!! Every time I think I’ve nailed the moves your commentary reminds me to squeeze that glute or flex that bicep and I find myself dipping lower and trying harder. My favorite part is always that side glance when the mower starts going. I don’t know why but I can’t help but smile at the look! Thank you for the great workout!!!
