I’m from New Zealand and have just discovered your blog (thank you pinterest!!) you look absolutely amazing for second trimester, I feel that the only reason I can fit through doorways is because I have 2 to run after (and a third on the way). Any fitness tips for Pregnant ladies out there wanting to keep fit but struggling with back pain?
hi nicole! nice to meet you 🙂 thank you for stopping by the blog! i think yoga is a great option, along with walking (if it still feels good), and swimming. i’m a huge fan of spinning right now because it’s no-impact, but i’m not sure how it would feel with your back since it’s spinal flexion the entire time. hope you feel better soon and congrats on #3!!
