   I’m assuming that is a whole foods salad creation? I gather that it is a concoction of edamame, dried cranberries, green onion, tomato, slivered almonds and a creamy dressing on a bed of kale? It looks fantastic!!

    I just made a cake that looks JUST like those cupcakes! It was a cookie monster cake so blue frosting instead of pink!

    All that fresh citrus is making me crave a grapefruit. I need to pick some up the next time I’m at the store. Not sure why I never seem to remember how much I love grapefruit – maybe because I’m too lazy to peel it. 😉
