   Love the pics and love seeing the food you get from TJs.
   Is that a tomato next to the lemon?
   Also what do you use the lox for?

     it’s a persimmon 🙂
     that particular lox is destined for salad greatness (salmon cobb with turkey bacon, avocado, greens, steamed egg), but i usually love it on a bagel with goat cheese and an egg.

    Saw you ask on twitter earlier what kind of Christmas cookies y’all should make, wanted to pass this recipe along! They are the BEST chocolate cookies I’ve ever had (would be amazing with some mint extract too!) I know you love creating your own recipes and are amazing at it, but I really think you’ll love these!
