   Love that the nesting instinct is kicking in for Pilot and there he sits, trying to assemble furniture. THAT’S a good man…my husband…just laughs and is like, Babe do we really need this assembled? And tells me he’ll get to it…next weekend. Lol

      thanks for sending that along- i just finished reading it and agree with a lot of the foods they pointed out. it’s a marketing tactic to get consumers to buy things that appear “healthier” when it isn’t really the case
