1: Spooky sweatfest workout

2: Long steady state (30-45 minutes)

3: OFF (energizing stretch)

4: Upper body HIIT Blitz

5: Plank burner + easy steady state (25 minutes)

6: Barre Tabata (x2-3) + Lower body barre

7: OFF (relaxing stretch routine)

8: Lower body circuit + 15 minutes HIIT (30 seconds hard, 30 seconds easy)

9: Arm burner + 30 minutes easy cardio

10: Long steady state 30-45 minutes

11: OFF

12:  Total body compound workout + 10-15 minutes jump rope intervals (15 seconds on, 15 seconds off)

13: Hill training

14: Barre leg workout

15: Barre strength workout + 20 minutes tempo workout (increase your speed in the middle to an uncomfortable point and hold for 5 minutes)

16: OFF (stretch video)

17: Kick your asana workout

18: HIIT challenge: 10 minutes (1 minute on, 1 minute off) + 10 minutes (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off)

19: Arm burner + 20 minutes steady state

20: OFF

21: Squatember workout

22: Upper body + 15 minutes HIIT

23: Steady state 30-45 easy

24: OFF

25: Total body + Tabata

26: Steady state 30 minutes, moderate 

27: Arm burner + steady state 15 minutes 

28: Leg burner + 15 minutes HIIT

29: OFF

    You know they say the best things in life are free and you sure do bless us in this way! I so appreciate your workout plans and recipe ideas and sometimes am just speechless that we get all this for free. I am a busy Mama of 3, military wife, living overseas, volunteering 3 places here in England and need people like you to fill in the gaps with healthy ideas when I don’t have time to pre-plan but really desire to do all these things healthy.
