This summer, I am looking forward to spending quality time with my kids and focusing on what matters most—family.
This spring was one of the most difficult seasons our family has ever faced. My parents lost their home in a fire, and my husband lost his job. It was a time filled with uncertainty, grief, and stress as we worked through so many unexpected challenges.
Now that we have had time to mourn, heal, and begin moving forward, I am looking forward to slowing down and simply enjoying each other. I am excited for pool days, family adventures, laughter, and making memories together. This experience has reminded me that while things can be replaced, people cannot. Family is truly everything.
This summer, I am choosing gratitude, togetherness, and making the most of every moment with the people I love.
