    Do you think this recipe could be made by omitting protein powder? Or Is there a substitute for protein powder? I have never had any, and am hesitant to buy any, not knowing if I will use it or if it will agree with my hypersensitive “system.” I live in a small eastern NC town, and my shopping options are limited to the likes of Target and Walmart and Im sure they don’t carry the best, highest quality options. Suggestions?

      try using some ground oats, or another flour 🙂

    I have in the past swapped out protein powder if I didn’t have any on hand and added almond flour instead
