I have been trying to find ways to put extra calcium and nutrients into my diet for 2 reasons. 1)dairy makes me break out, so I drink less milk and “try” to stay away from chocolate 2)multivitamins make me feel less than awesome while they’re digesting away, so even though I know I should take them, I don’t to the dismay of my bf who wants to spend our lives together as healthy as possible. The chia seeds sound right up my alley and I would appreciate a trial run before I stock up from the website.

Thanks for all of your tips and tricks!
