Here’s the nutritional information for the sweet potato brownies: (10 brownies)


-Feel free to use any type of flour you like, especially since it’s a small amount

-Other starchy veggies would be fun to play with, too! Pumpkin or butternut squash would be lovely

-Veganize: instead of the egg, try a flax egg (1 T flax dissolved in 3 T almond milk)
