    I have two!

Greens + frozen banana + pear + milk + almond butter (based on a smoothie from Teri in NYC)

Greens + frozen banana + berries + milk + ginger + cinnamon (from Edible Perspective back in the day–I miss her great recipes!)

My favorite smoothie ever is your banana split smoothie! I typically leave out the banana and use cacao nibs or Lily’s chocolate chips, but it is just as good!

And I do use my own pressure cooked beans that I freeze flat on a cookie sheet and store in a gallon bag. So good!

I love the recipe I will for sure try some out.
For me I ussualy go with any green tea cocktail because green tea boosts genetal body metabolism and also it reduces bloating and stomach discomforts. Green tea helps loose weight naturally and has no health implication whatsoever.

Thank you for the great article.

easy to throw together and anything with peanut butter is a winner for me. I like the bitter edge of the brewers yeast so that didn’t bother me. However, I found my mixture too crumbly to hold together after carefully measuring everything. I didn’t want to add more honey to bind as I found the honey flavor already strong and didn’t want the added sugar so I added about 1/2 c more peanut butter. That did the trick. I’ve had luck with other milk boosting recipes that feature brewers yeast and flax so I am confident these will be a good treat to help with production
