My favorite smoothie ever is your banana split smoothie! I typically leave out the banana and use cacao nibs or Lilyโs chocolate chips, but it is just as good!

And I do use my own pressure cooked beans that I freeze flat on a cookie sheet and store in a gallon bag. So good!

For me I ussualy go with any green tea cocktail because green tea boosts genetal body metabolism and also it reduces bloating and stomach discomforts. Green tea helps loose weight naturally and has no health implication whatsoever.

easy to throw together and anything with peanut butter is a winner for me. I like the bitter edge of the brewers yeast so that didnโt bother me. However, I found my mixture too crumbly to hold together after carefully measuring everything. I didnโt want to add more honey to bind as I found the honey flavor already strong and didnโt want the added sugar so I added about 1/2 c more peanut butter. That did the trick. Iโve had luck with other milk boosting recipes that feature brewers yeast and flax so I am confident these will be a good treat to help with production
