Here are some of my top picks:
EquiLife Faves + November Giveaway
Whole Foods Bars
Iโve tried pretty much every bar and these are my all-time favorite. They have the best simple, certified organic ingredients, an amazing texture, and the brownie and apple flavors are equally delicious. Theyโre perfect for kidsโ lunch boxes. Get some here!
Daily Nutritional Support
I have this in a smoothie or protein pudding every.single.day and Iโve noticed a huge difference in my energy, immune system function, and healing journey since I implemented this in my routine. Itโs packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and has 15g of plant-based protein. The kids drink this, too! (1/2- 1 scoop for them)
Full-spectrum magnesium
SO many of us are deficient in magnesium, and I also see many people taking the wrong type of magnesium for their needs. This blend combines three forms of magnesium and can be extremely calming fo the brain and body.
Omega 3 support
Iโve tried SO many Omega 3 options with my previous eye issues, and this is the best one Iโve found. This one is sustainably sourced, cold processed, mercury-free, and superior triglyceride formulated fish oil for enhanced absorption.
Universal Binder
This is my go-to binder when I know Iโm going to eat or drink something I donโt usually consume. I also like it before sauna or hot yoga. This one uses Bentonite Clay, Humic and Fulvic Acids, Apple Pectin, and Carbonized Activated Charcoal to bind to harmful toxins, increasing the safety and speed at which they are removed from the body. TUDCA & taurine help open up liver detox pathways for easy and safe elimination of toxins. Itโs also low-histamine.
My fave functional medicine detox EVER
You can read all about why I love this detox here, and itโs something I like to do quarterly. I feel amazing, sleep so much better, and it drastically reduces inflammation, especially in my face. Check it out here.
Melatonin
I was on the fence about melatonin for so many years, and I regret it lol because this has changed my life, especially for hotel sleep and travel. I can actually sleep on overnight flights now, and this helps me get extremely restful sleep without feeling groggy.ย
Ok, now itโs giveaway time!
