Here are all of the programs that are offered:

Home Workout Warrior

This is 12-week workout program designed for my friends who purely work out at home. All you need is a set of dumbbells to get in a sweaty and challenging workout. This plan includes cardio guidelines, a bonus HIIT/Strength workout video, a bonus HIIT workout video, and a sample 4-week meal plan.

Home Workout Warrior

Lean Machine

This is a 12-week program created to build muscle at the gym and challenge yourself with a solid strength training split. I’ve found that this is the most effective way to build muscle. And is based on the types of workouts I follow when I strength train. This is a progressive plan, designed to make create new muscle definition and increase strength over time. This plan includes cardio guidelines, a bonus HIIT/Strength workout video, a bonus HIIT workout video, and a sample 4-week meal plan.

Post Baby Bod

This is my signature postpartum fitness plan. Over one thousand women all over the world have purchased this. And used this plan to build back their fitness levels safely after birth. I spent a couple of years researching and putting this plan together. And it includes pelvic floor and core protection and support as you work your way back up in intensity. It also includes a sample calendar and healthy meal ideas.

HIIT Booctcamp

This is one of my most-popular follow-along fitness programs. You get full workout videos for the exercises, a calendar to follow, and includes lots of dynamic exercises, like plyo intervals, cardio blasts, functional training, and spicy strength sets. This plan includes a 4-week full workout calendar (two options), 4 videos to watch and follow from anywhere (Pure Strength, Total Body HIIT, Pure HIIT, and Bonus: Core Blast), workout tutorial videos for the extra text workouts in the plan, a bonus meal planning and recipe ebook, modifications for beginners and low-impact options.

Barre Bootcamp 2.0

This is my newest program and was just released this year! Barre is one of my all-time favorite workouts and it challenges your body unlike anything else. This plan includes full follow-along videos, a calendar to follow, and the workouts are short (around 30 minutes) and SO fun and unique.

And here’s a breakdown depending on your goals:

If you want to build muscle and challenge yourself with weights, and also have gym access, Lean Machine is for you.

If you want to burn fat and get a solid mix of strength and cardio blasts at home, I would recommend Home Workout Warrior (on your own). Or HIIT Bootcamp (follow-along videos).

If you’re postpartum and want to build back your fitness levels safely, Post Baby Bod is for you!

If you love barre workouts, or want to challenge your strength and endurance in a different way (and focus on your glutes, core, and lower body), Barre Bootcamp 2.0 is for you.

I’ve been away from a regular fitness routine for about three years. I want to get active again, but any routine I start has to fit my schedule (mornings only). I’m a 45 y.o. mom of four (definitely not postpartum–my baby is 14), and I want to get healthier (better eating, better cardiovascular health, etc.) and toned, but I don’t need to lose weight. I’m looking at home workout warrior and barre bootcamp (I’ve LOVED pilates and yoga in my prior fit life). I also don’t have a ton of space (no dedicated home gym–I’ll have to find some space in the garage or our home office). Which would you recommend, or would you suggest getting both and combining the programs? Thanks!
