    I’d love to see some Yoga workout moves! Maybe some proper positioning pictures. I alwasy think when I do yoga at home I’m not doing them properly and the videos sometime just don’t show it. 🙂 But keep up the great site!

I enjoy hearing about the new fitness classes you take, your life, food and what’s going on in your unique life – and the puppers, i like seeing the furbabies.     I started reading your blog a few months ago, you were mentioned so often by so many of the other wonderful bloggers out there in the sphere! My favorite parts are the workout tips, I like that they are straightforward, and I can do them right after reading. I also like your protein bowl ideas. You can never have too many recipes!
