On the go with Beachmate + a giveaway!!
This post is sponsored by my friends at Beachmate and includes an awesome giveaway opportunity. Read on for the details!
When I’m out and about with the girls, I’ve been able to streamline all of our gear so that I feel like I have everything I need without being totally strapped down with bags, gear, and babies. P is riding in the Ergo, the diaper bag is on my arm, and Liv is holding my hand. We’re able to go pretty much anywhere we want to go, and all of our essentials are in the diaper bag. One of the things I couldn’t quite figure out: lugging all of our beach gear to the beach with two small children in tow. This was especially challenging after my hand surgery, since my hand is still pretty weak and I couldn’t grasp heavy items.
Beachmate to the rescue.
My friends at Beachmate sent us one of their stackable storage systems to try out, and it has been a game changer.
We can put everything we need in the Beachmate, including food, sunscreen, hats, towels, and extra clothes. You can flip the multi-purpose buckets over to use as tables for snacks and lunch, and it also includes a cooler for snacks.
We enjoyed a pizza picnic on the Turkish towel, and had everything we needed in the Beachmate.
Bonus: the storage system can be used to build sand castles, and the Beachmate also came with two shovels. This was definitely Liv’s favorite part.
Some more info about Beachmate: (you can check out all of the wonderful products on their site!)
Even fully packed, it fits easily into the car.
One thing that stood out to me was the quality of the design. Everything feels very well-made and durable, so it will last us for summers of wear and tear.
Beachmate kindly offered a giveaway for one lucky reader, who will receive their own customizable system + a beautiful Turkish towel. It will make those summer beach days less bogged down with gear, so you can pack everything up and enjoy!

Thank you so much to Beachmate for sponsoring this post.
That would be so nice to have my next trip to the beach in August! Love the dress 🙂
We are going on a vacation near a lake this month, a bag like this would make life easier!
Awesome bag! It would be great to hold post-nap drinks (my favorite thing about the beach…naps while listening to waves crash!)
This looks like a great beach bag!
Your family is adorable. This bag would be awesome for the beach and picnics at the local park.
Looks like an awesome bag!

We used to go to Florida every other year and one day a week, we’d head to the beach! Always so much fun!
Can’t go to the beach without suncreen and toys for the kids!

This would be so great to have! We spend as much time at the beach as possible 🙂
My favorite beach memory is bringing my son to the beach for the first time last year. He now loves the sand and sea!
Oh my gosh! I NEED one of these SO bad!!!! This is absolutely brilliant and would make the trips to the beach with my 3 kids so much easier!!! It’s kind of a pain to take all 3 of them by myself!
So neat! This would be a lifesaver at the pool too!

Wow! This looks great for the pool, park, splash park, AND beach! Love summer beach day memories – bringing “fancy” sandwiches we bought at the deli, eating softserve ice cream, and spending all day playing!
My soft cooler filled with sparkling water is always a must for long beach days!
My favorite beach memory is going with my mom and brother on lazy days in the summer. My mom would be on her fold-out lawn chair, and my brother and I would be playing the water for hours! So fun!
this would be totally perfect for my sister, they go to the beach every summer!

I grew up near the beach, so I have lots of fun memories. Some of my favorites are when the waves would be calm and the sandbar would be closer to the shore, it would make this calm little “pool” we could splash and float in. I take my kids to the same beaches I used to go to now and the same little pools form at the shore. I love it.
This is great! My husband loves beach trips and this would make it so much easier!
The beach mate is so neat! We are always trying to wrangle everything together to take to the beach! It would also help to keep all the beach essentials neat and organized in the car 🙂 thanks for the giveaway
I follow you both in instagram.
Favorite beach memory: I don’t actually remember this, but my mom reminds me of this quite often 🙂 We took a family vacation to CA when I was in 8th grade and apparently when we went to the ocean (my first time seeing the ocean!) I said “have you ever seen anything so beautiful?”
That sounds perfect for the park too!

We would totally use that beach mate storage system, since we live right by the beach! My 2-year old would absolutely love the shovels…
I grew up in Southern California and always remember how I used to love going to the beach every weekend. I especially remember digging for crabs and taking long, sandy naps 🙂
My favorite beach memory was from when I was very little. I was always determined to be out in the waves far further then I should have been (albeit a good swimmer). My aunt was the one who always came out deep with me (I’m sure my mother was beyond thankful for this). She would spend hours and hours out there!
This would be so helpful for our trips to the beach!
This would be perfect for our numerous trips to our community pool every summer! My favorite beach memory is the first time my baby put her toes in the sand!
Never leave home without sunscreen. Any day at the beach is a great memory!

Awesome!
I grew up on Lake Erie, and although it’s gross, I have many fond memories of going their first with my parents and then solo.

We always end up with a packed bag plus a cooler, so the Beachmate looks like a great way to streamline all of the beach necessities!
My favorite beach memory was building sandcastles with my parents when I was a little kid, on Martha’s Vineyard.
When I lived in Washington, DC, my friend and I would take day trips (ambitious of us, in hindsight) to the beaches in Maryland and Delaware – those were so fun!
this would be super helpful with trips to the beach with our 2.5 year old twin boys 🙂 we currently look like a traveling circus juggling so much stuff!
Genius!

I can’t go to the beach without a good magazine or book!
I can’t go to the beach without sunglasses and my kindle! I like to read until I get too hot, then I cool off in ocean!
