I would love to have the chance to finally try these!
I haven’t quite figured out how to make a good chia pudding, but I like adding chia seeds to my “fudge babies” giving them a lovely crunch.
I have been trying to find ways to put extra calcium and nutrients into my diet for 2 reasons. 1)dairy makes me break out, so I drink less milk and “try” to stay away from chocolate 2)multivitamins make me feel less than awesome while they’re digesting away, so even though I know I should take them, I don’t to the dismay of my bf who wants to spend our lives together as healthy as possible. The chia seeds sound right up my alley and I would appreciate a trial run before I stock up from the website.
Thanks for all of your tips and tricks!
I put them in plain yogurt to make a pudding.
I like putting them in oatmeal, breakfast cookies and sprinkle them on salads. Good stuff.

have been dying to try these little babies! definitely in my morning oats. i never go a day w/o them, and they gotta barrel through the entire morning of seeing patients. add a little nutrition and fun to the bowl.
I just want to try them in my smoothies! They never “stick with me” and I’m hoping the chia seeds will keep me full longer.
I would love to substitute chia for flax seeds!
I think chia seeds are my favorite as an oatmeal topper!
What wouldn’t I try them in? I have never used chia seeds, but have read all about them on your site. I think my first use would be in smoothies, and then I would branch out and try more foods with chia seeds as the base – your chia pudding looks great.
Thanks!
Yum. I’m not sure what I’d use them for, but it looks like there are plenty suggestions to work from in this thread!
