    I’ve been reading about these for weeks now and have been feeling so curious! I’d love to try them and give another go at making one of your breakfast cookies – my first “batch” was pretty tasty but needed a little something else… chia seeds?

    oatmeal.. I heat my rolled oats with cinn.. place into bowl to mix in my chia seeds and top with sliced banana and apple! mmmmm!

    I bought a bag of Chia seeds at Whole Foods last month because I heard how great they are … I finally put them in my morning smoothies – love them!

    I eat chia seeds pretty much everyday! Normally I put them in my morning yogurt or I sprinkle them on my salad…sooo good. Also really good in smoothies. I can go on and on about them!

    I have never had chia seeds before! I haven’t had any luck in my local stores and Whole Foods is about an hour drive for me. I would attempt the malted chia pudding with bananas for my first Chia experience!
