30-minute Barre Wild Card Workout (Video)

This workout video is a mix of bodyweight strength, cardio intervals, and dumbbell work. It’s a fun barre workout you can do at home; all you need is a pair of light dumbbells or something to use for resistance. 

Hi friends! Hope you’re having a lovely morning so far. How was the weekend? We had a pretty good one! We met up with some friends at the pool, swam in madre’s backyard, and I cranked away on a fun new fitness project. (I can’t wait to share the news with you soon!) The fam and I are off on a short AZ roadtrip for some time in nature together before the distance learning *fun* resumes next week. I’m really looking forward to some scenics hikes and a chance to unplug a bit. I’ll be back with a recap, but in the meantime, I have some beefy content planned, starting with an all-new workout for you!

For this workout, I included a mix of all of the things I love about barre: dynamic leg series, dumbbell endurance work, balance challenges, cardio blasts, and bodyweight strength. It’s one of those workouts that just feels GOOD. When I was finished with this one, I felt energized, super sweaty, and like I got a tough workout. I hope you love it, too!

I also made sure to include lots of low-impact and beginner options along the way. As always, check with a doctor before making any fitness changes. Honor your body and modify as needed.

    Hey Gina,
    Thank you for sharing the workout. Could you also share a full-body workout with resistance bands? I ordered them to be able to workout at home, but not sure how can I use them or what exercises I can do with those. Thanks in advance!
