Fave things giveaway: Tiny Devotions
Hi! Happy almost-Friday. Hope youโre enjoying the morning! Some new stuff going around the blog: there is a โbookโ tab in the menu bar, I also updated my โFriendsโ tab (with my favorite blogs; many of you said you used it for your daily blog reading and it was MIA!) and new Livi-isms post up on the family page. Also, I wrote a post for Demos Health about the 5 things that keep people from getting fit if youโd like to check it out here!!
Now itโs time for todayโs giveaway, which is something I wear every.single.day.
Tiny Devotions mala beads!! (Stacked here with two Pura Vida bracelets)
Iโve been wearing the Tiny Devotions mala beads for a few years now and love how they look and feel, but also what they stand for. Theyโve been worn for thousands of years for their spiritual and healing qualities. When you wear your mala beads, you can use them to set an intention for each day or for your life in general. There are a variety of stones, materials and cords to choose from (which all mean different things!).
Today, Iโm giving away a Goddess Stackย ($127).
This rhodonite, lotus and garnet stack has the intention of loving your inner goddess. ย
Too many people overvalue what they are not and undervalue what they are. This stack will help the beautiful goddess in us all shine through. The lotus promotes new beginnings and the combination of all the stones will balance you and increase your well-being. Butterflies represent transformation. They evolve from a caterpillar into a beautiful, wondrous being โ much like a woman finding her inner goddess!
Garnet, Rhodonite, Lotus ย
One size fits all. Adjustable string fitting a 5inch-8inch wrist.
Hereโs how to enter:
-Leave a comment with an intention that you set for yourself each dayย

Ready, set, go!

Those are beautiful, I love the colors. Each day I set an intention to be a good mom to my daughter, which includes being loving, patient (hello-life with a 2 year old!), kind to her and to others to model that behavior, and to keep her healthy, happy, and learning!
I try to set the intention to be better than the person I was yesterday.
i set the intention of gratitude!

I set an intention to be kind every morning. No matter if I am sleepy from going to bed late or a bad nights sleep, I try to make sure I only project positivity throughout the day and remain patient.

I always intend to have a healthy day whether that means hitting/exceeding my 10k step goal, getting a workout in, making healthy food choices. I make an effort to stay on that path despite obstacles that are out of my control.
I try to have as much grace for myself as I do for others. I’ve learned the hard way that self-criticism isn’t the best way to reach your goals!
I make it an intention each day to try not to compare myself with others. Each morning I remind myself, “Comparison is the thief of happiness.”

Each day I remind myself to start fresh, especially when it comes to being a mom. I had two boys in less than two years and some days are overwhelming and I feel so far from being the perfect mom but everyday is new and I give it my all, every day. These bracelets actually might go on my Christmas list!!
