Fave things giveaway: Tiny Devotions
Hi! Happy almost-Friday. Hope you’re enjoying the morning! Some new stuff going around the blog: there is a “book” tab in the menu bar, I also updated my “Friends” tab (with my favorite blogs; many of you said you used it for your daily blog reading and it was MIA!) and new Livi-isms post up on the family page. Also, I wrote a post for Demos Health about the 5 things that keep people from getting fit if you’d like to check it out here!!
Now it’s time for today’s giveaway, which is something I wear every.single.day.
Tiny Devotions mala beads!! (Stacked here with two Pura Vida bracelets)
I’ve been wearing the Tiny Devotions mala beads for a few years now and love how they look and feel, but also what they stand for. They’ve been worn for thousands of years for their spiritual and healing qualities. When you wear your mala beads, you can use them to set an intention for each day or for your life in general. There are a variety of stones, materials and cords to choose from (which all mean different things!).
Today, I’m giving away a Goddess Stack ($127).
This rhodonite, lotus and garnet stack has the intention of loving your inner goddess.
Too many people overvalue what they are not and undervalue what they are. This stack will help the beautiful goddess in us all shine through. The lotus promotes new beginnings and the combination of all the stones will balance you and increase your well-being. Butterflies represent transformation. They evolve from a caterpillar into a beautiful, wondrous being – much like a woman finding her inner goddess!
Garnet, Rhodonite, Lotus
One size fits all. Adjustable string fitting a 5inch-8inch wrist.
Here’s how to enter:

I live in New York and often find myself rushed and too often annoyed by the hustle and bustle; each day, I set an intention to slow down and to not let small annoyances bother me.

I find that it’s easier to maintain a positive outlook when I am intentional about it. I tend to see the “problems” and often fail to appreciate the many blessings in life. I also find that being intentional about reducing clutter – physical and mental – is a priority for me.
to be honest but kind at all times
to be grateful 🙂
I read something once that said each day you choose to bring light or darkness into your home at the end of the day. Every day I set out with the intention to only bring lightness into my home and to my family.
I set the intention of keeping my inner peace despite the stress and negativity that surrounds me during the day and I also like to remind myself to be kind to people-you never know what other people are dealing with. I love these bracelets and their significance! Thank you for the giveaways!

My saily intention is to just survive the day. I know it’s not lofty… but to me it means “I’m okay as I am, with what I have… etc” and reminds me to live in the moment. (And it really helps to not stress when things don’t go as planned or don’t get done.”
“Get us through the day.”
My intention is to approach each day with gratitude for all that it offers to me. I’ve started a gratitude journal and add 5 things I’m grateful for every night before I go to bed so I can remember all the good things.
