Roadtrip Shenanigans
Hiiiii 😀 Happy almost-Friday! We made it to Atlanta safe and sound at about midnight last night 🙂
On the way, we made a dinner stop at Ruby Tuesday’s, where I hopped on the free Wi-Fi for my last post and grabbed some dinner to-to.
I had salad bar (greens, garbanzos, zucchini, olives and cucumber salad)
Some sugar snap peas:
and a side o’ shrimp:
They were a little greasy goo, but still really good. Shrimp never does me wrong 😉
The pilot had a burger the size of his face:
And we both broke the “no eating in the new car” rule. I knew it would never last long 😀
We’re off to chillax with the in-laws, but first, a little video for ya’ll:

Love the video! Just like me and my hubby on our road trips. He bought the Glee CD on itunes for me during a road trip last month.. it takes a real man to sing along to all the songs and he did it like a champ!

That salad looks yummy! I love anything with cucumber and red onion – feels like I’m sunning myself in the Med, sipping ouzo under the vines and eating flatbread with bruschetta topping. Mmmm. [I don’t know how I relate everything back to food and/or vacationing, but I do!]

The no food in the car rule was short-lived for me as well…there’s currently a granola colony sprouting underneath the driver’s seat.
Enjoy Atlanta. My partner’s from there originally, and I always have fun when we visit..more so when it’s fall and not Hotlanta, but a little drippage and sweat is like a free facial, right?

I love to sing in the car! With a one-hour commute, sometimes it’s the only thing that gets me through. Singing with my guy is just as fun if not more fun! You guys are great! Silly like Brad and I. 🙂
