Pregnancy is such an exciting time, but can also be overwhelming. What should you avoid? What if everything healthy sounds terrible?

Thankfully, we have amazing RDs like Lily Nichols working to dispel pregnancy nutrition myths and provide advice you can use right now to promote a healthy pregnancy.

Loved this episode. I’m a L&D nurse and find it fascinating how much diet can affect pregnancy. Thank goodness my son turned out fine since all I ate was fruit and grilled cheese!
