A Dilemma [Giveaway Time]

Hi friends! How’s your morning going? The weekend is in sight!

lilly

(LOVE love lilies)

Sorry to those of ya who wanted a better shot of my shoes yesterday! I’m new at posting fashion-y stuff, so I appreciate your feedback… I’m a work in progress 😉 Here ya go:

So, I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to blog about today.

It’s been challenging to get back in the routine after being away, and I’ve been munching omelets for dinner.

omelet omelet

So delicious, so easy.

After last night’s omelet, I got inspired…

lemon

and made some Meyer Lemon Lavender Macaroons 🙂

They’re just like my classic blonde macaroons, with refreshing, sweet citrus, and a fragrant lavender aroma.

roons

But the thing is, there are way too many of them.

roons (2)

My roomies and I could eat them all, but that would be no fun 😉

Want some?

Just leave a comment with your spring fitness goal and I’ll be happy to send some along to one lucky winner. I’ll choose the future roon-holder tomorrow (Friday) am when I wake up 🙂 [Everyone can enter- one of my last giveaway winners was in England!]

Off to work I go. See ya this afternoon! <3

xoxo

YUM! My spring fitness goal is to tone up! I definitely don’t need to lose the weight (at 5’6″ and 103 lbs.) but my body is way too flabby!! I’m hoping to be bikini-ready by May! Though those macaroons probably won’t help. 🙂

  9. Namaste Gurl on March 4, 2011 at 1:33 am

My fitness goal is to tone up to go wedding dress shopping. I also have 2 big exams in may that determine whether I can continue with my education , so I am hoping that the extra exercise will give me some clarity and help me with this.

I am trying to work out a deal with a local organization to teach pilates classes this summer. I am a school teacher and the thought of being able to enjoy my summer doing something I love rather than just something “for the extra cash” is soooo exciting. My summer goal is please please PLEASE let it work out!!!

My spring fitness goal is to work out 5 times a week: 2x cardio, 2x flexibility/yoga and 1x strength training (I’m a complete newbie to the strength training, so I’m going to ease myself into it).

  23. michele on March 4, 2011 at 7:26 am

My spring fitness goal is to do Bikram Yoga. I am loving yoga right now and that is something I haven’t tried yet.

  24. Amy on March 4, 2011 at 7:36 am

My spring fitness goal is a little different this year because I’ll actually be having a baby at the start of it! But I do have a goal to try to get back into a fitness routine as soon as my body feels ready. I really want to be able to take the baby on nice long walks/jogs. And defintely keep up my new found enjoyment for yoga with some post-natal yoga fitness DVD’s!

  25. shannonmarie on March 4, 2011 at 7:40 am

Citrus and lavender sound perfect for spring. Yum!

My spring fitness goal is a little backwards. After completing Tracy Anderson’s 30-day bootcamp, I think I need to slow down a bit and let my body rest. I need to replace some of her workouts with yoga or something … and some post-workout macaroons 🙂

  26. Kristie on March 4, 2011 at 7:48 am

My spring fitness goal is to be a competent fan of strength training! I’ve always let my fear of not knowing what to do get in the way, so I signed up for some personal training sessions to feel more comfortable and get some good ideas on what I can do. And let me tell you the abs, they are hurting! 🙂

  27. Becky on March 4, 2011 at 8:03 am

Those sound incredible! My spring fitness goal is to get back to early morning workouts and to increase my running mileage again.

Yum. I love lavender and lemon and now I have a serious craving. If I don’t win, I’ll have to come up with a copycat recipe. I’m pretty happy with my strength and cardio routine right now, but I need more flexibility. My goal is to stretch more and do yoga regularly.
