Blogiversary giveaway: New Balance Fresh Foam Zantes
Hi friends! How are you? Can you believe the blog will be 7 years old this summer? Time flies when you’re having fun.
I never would have guessed that a little project/hobby I started while we were in Valdosta would grow and become the amazing community it is today. This little blog has brought so much joy to me (and our family) over the past 7 years, and has introduced me to lifelong friends, incredible opportunities, and to all of you! You are what make this the awesome space it is, and I’m so grateful to you all. Since the blog’s birth, a LOT has happened.

Just to name a few of the major events:
-We had many adventures in Valdosta before moving to Tucson
-We bought our first house
-Accomplishing two huge dreams: making a fitness DVD and writing a book
-We moved to San Diego and became pregnant with baby #2
Many huge milestones have been captured here on the blog and it’s been so much fun to share them with ya. Thank you for sticking around with me for all of this time! I have a good feeling about this next year, too. 🙂

Circuit classes and running!
Love those shoes! The workout I’m doing this week is cardio on the elliptical, followed by pilates on the reformers that we have at work. This is one of my favorite workouts…. sweat first, then strengthen the core and articulate the spine!
Need new x trainers badly, and these colors are fabulous! Congrats, love your blog!

Training for an upcoming 5K!
I’m dog sitting this week which is taking a lot of extra time and cutting out the morning workouts, but still going to get the overweight foster dog out on some run/walks to continue with our doggie couch to 5k plan.
