Blogiversary giveaway: New Balance Fresh Foam Zantes
Hi friends! How are you? Can you believe the blog will be 7 years old this summer? Time flies when you’re having fun.
I never would have guessed that a little project/hobby I started while we were in Valdosta would grow and become the amazing community it is today. This little blog has brought so much joy to me (and our family) over the past 7 years, and has introduced me to lifelong friends, incredible opportunities, and to all of you! You are what make this the awesome space it is, and I’m so grateful to you all. Since the blog’s birth, a LOT has happened.

Just to name a few of the major events:
-We had many adventures in Valdosta before moving to Tucson
-We bought our first house
-Accomplishing two huge dreams: making a fitness DVD and writing a book
-We moved to San Diego and became pregnant with baby #2
Many huge milestones have been captured here on the blog and it’s been so much fun to share them with ya. Thank you for sticking around with me for all of this time! I have a good feeling about this next year, too. 🙂

this week i’ve got a full rotation of spinining, yoga, and bodypump!
did a cardio weights class yesterday- lifting plus sprints. killer when i’m used to steady state running!
I just started the 2nd month of p90x3 yesterday. I am loving the program so far. I am getting married in September so I am trying to get in wedding dress shape 🙂
Ive gotten back on the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred wagon and am aiming for 5 times this week. I forgot how GREAT of a workout it is!

i’m pretty busy this week with two medical licensing exams so i’m just hoping to get in a good run between all the cramming and rain ! 😉

I teach Turbokick twice this week — and I always try to squeeze in some strength training before I sweat myself into a puddle!
And finally…..this week, I have 4 runs planned, for a total of 20 miles and two one hour weight lifting sessions. And two rest days…also important! 🙂 Thanks for the chance!

This week, I’m just trying to get out and about more with my girls (21 months and 2 weeks). Lots of walks are currently on the agenda.
I will be trying 21 day fix extreme Yoga Fix for the first time today!

It’s a spin class for me tonight – my favorite:)
I’m still recovering from a broken femur about a month ago, so my current exercise is trying to up my walking mileage and ride the stationary bike….way different from the daily running I used to do, but I’m working on getting back there!
