Blogiversary giveaway: New Balance Fresh Foam Zantes

Hi friends! How are you? Can you believe the blog will be 7 years old this summer? Time flies when youโ€™re having fun. 

I never would have guessed that a little project/hobby I started while we were in Valdosta would grow and become the amazing community it is today. This little blog has brought so much joy to me (and our family) over the past 7 years, and has introduced me to lifelong friends, incredible opportunities, and to all of you! You are what make this the awesome space it is, and Iโ€™m so grateful to you all. Since the blogโ€™s birth, a LOT has happened.

Just to name a few of the major events:

-We had many adventures in Valdosta before moving to Tucson

-We bought our first house

-Accomplishing two huge dreams: making a fitness DVD and writing a book

Livi joined the family <3

-We moved to San Diego and became pregnant with baby #2

Many huge milestones have been captured here on the blog and itโ€™s been so much fun to share them with ya. Thank you for sticking around with me for all of this time! I have a good feeling about this next year, too. ๐Ÿ™‚

Iโ€™ve been using and loving the Fresh Foam Zantes for running and cross training for a few months now. I was in the market for a new running shoe, and these are PERFECT. Iโ€™m really weird about shoes feeling like they weigh my feet down, and these are extremely light yet super supportive. Iโ€™m going to order another pair so I can rotate between the two. Theyโ€™re well-loved.

    I got a brand new Garmin GPS Forerunner 10 watch and so I am testing it out by running this week and also just joined a Women’s Summer Soccer league so I am playing soccer for the first time ever ๐Ÿ™‚ Happy Blogiversary!!

    This week I’m going to get in the pool! I just bought a pass to my community’s outdoor lap pool and I can’t wait to start swimming more often…and work on that tan!

    My workouts this week was arms yesterday, and chest/back/tris tomorrow. I hope to get in a few short runs, but with the humidity in the South it will have to be very early mornings!

    Your blog is fun and inspiring. Congratulations on seven years of encouraging others and documenting your wonderful life. Our community pool is open, so swimming has been added to the workout plan along with yoga, weights, elliptical, and other fun gym things like TRX!

    This week I’m working on running! I’m trying to be more consistent in working out, and I think I did too much at one time last week, so I’m taking a step back and focusing on adding in workouts slowly.
