Blogiversary giveaway: New Balance Fresh Foam Zantes
Hi friends! How are you? Can you believe the blog will be 7 years old this summer? Time flies when you’re having fun.
I never would have guessed that a little project/hobby I started while we were in Valdosta would grow and become the amazing community it is today. This little blog has brought so much joy to me (and our family) over the past 7 years, and has introduced me to lifelong friends, incredible opportunities, and to all of you! You are what make this the awesome space it is, and I’m so grateful to you all. Since the blog’s birth, a LOT has happened.

Just to name a few of the major events:
-We had many adventures in Valdosta before moving to Tucson
-We bought our first house
-Accomplishing two huge dreams: making a fitness DVD and writing a book
-We moved to San Diego and became pregnant with baby #2
Many huge milestones have been captured here on the blog and it’s been so much fun to share them with ya. Thank you for sticking around with me for all of this time! I have a good feeling about this next year, too. 🙂

Treadmill with inclines today!
I just went back to Crossfit last week after 10 weeks off between the end of my pregnancy and 6 weeks post-baby. I will be doing a few more Crossfit workouts this week 🙂
🙂 also loving yoga this week!
I’m about to go hit my legs with a good heavy lifting sesh!

Did strength workout this morning with lots of HITT burpees and jump squats
doing OTF performance workouts this week. Well atleast 3 of them (500m row, 24 min run and 1 mile run)
Going to run for sure…the cooler weather is a blessing!
🙂 We’re going to be in Hawaii this week, so I’m looking forward to some hikes around the island for sure!

Congratulations! So awesome. I love coming to visit you virtually every day:) I already liked Facebook long ago, and now have liked New Balance. And I’ll be doing lots of running this week, hot yoga and a spin session!

I will be doing some boot camp workouts this week! It always keeps me entertained and challenged!
I did some running this morning. The rest of the week probably holds more running, weights, some yoga. Trying to learn to mix it up a little more.
