Favorite things giveaway: Count Me Healthy

12 days of giveaway fun continues! Did you enter the Fivesse giveaway? All of this week’s giveaways will end this Saturday at midnight. If you’re just joining in the fun, you’re in for a treat! These are all companies I reached out to and asked them to share some holiday cheer with you all. These giveaways are not sponsored (there is one sponsored White Plum giveaway because I wanted our last WP giveaway to be during this magical time), and many of the giveaways have multiple winners.

How about something sparkly?

I am obsessed with the Count Me Healthy bracelets! We ran a giveaway once before, and it was one of the most successful ones on the blog, ever. Not only are these bracelets gorgeous to look at and well-constructed -I’ve accidentally worn mine to work out before, and it’s not tarnished or scratched at all- but they also have a surprise hidden purpose. On the Count Me Healthy bracelets, you’ll see beads that you can move from side to side. These beads can be used to track anything you desire! They’re especially fantastic for health-related goals (workout sessions in a week, glasses of water consumed each day, produce servings per day, days abstaining from cigarettes if you’re trying to quit, etc.) but can count really anything, including breastfeeding sessions for new mamas, personal weekly goals you’ve hit, and the list goes on and on.

I love my rose gold bracelet, and Chelsea Charles, the creator of this incredible line, sent me one of her brand new bracelets from the crystal collection. The purpose is the same, but each bead is adorned with small crystals.

She also kindly offered to surprise two lucky readers with their own Count Me Healthy crystal collection bracelets.

Two winners will each receive one bracelet of their choice from this collection, valued at $148 each.

My initial thought was to use the bracelet to track water consumption throughout the day, but after reading it in another comment, I love the idea of using it to track positive thoughts and blessings 🙂

I would use the bracelet to count my sugar intake. I love snacking and anything sweet is my downfall. Recently I’ve been trying really hard to cut down my sugar intake in addition to exercising more regularly and drinking more water. Because I am struggling the most with cutting out sugar I think this beautiful piece of jewelry would be a great way to monitor and count my intake. Therefore the least amount of movement is best.

  21. Megan on December 2, 2014 at 2:14 pm

I think the options here are endless. The first thing that comes to mind would be to track how many times I think something positive about myself or correct negative thinking!

  22. Brittney on December 2, 2014 at 2:16 pm

I would use mine to track the number of times, in a week I call/contact my dad & grandparents. My grandparents live in TN (I’m in MI) reaching out to them more often is something I’ve been working to make more of a priority. But weighs the most on my heart is my dad (also in TN). He has been fighting addiction for the past 12 yrs and now depression, it’s a complicated relationship & I know how much our talks mean to him (especially when he feels needed because I called him) sometimes calling is hard to do but I think a visual reminder would be the extra push for me to just do it. I never regret when I do, only when I don’t. Even if I don’t win the giveaway, this is a beautiful idea, and I’ll have to come up with some visual reminder 🙂

  23. Cristina on December 2, 2014 at 2:19 pm

How many times I weight train throughout the week!

  24. Kim on December 2, 2014 at 2:21 pm

I think I would change it up monthly… Maybe the first month I would count my blessings! Thanks for the chance to win such a useful and beautiful bracelet.

  25. Melissa on December 2, 2014 at 2:25 pm

There are so many possibilities—I would like to be better about truly complimenting and thanking others so this would be a great reminder.

  26. Mari on December 2, 2014 at 2:27 pm

I would use my bracelet to track the number of times I work out each week. I’ve kind of been in a funk the past couple months with work being crazy, I haven’t made much time for myself lately, including exercise time. So, with that being said, I am making it a point to go to a yoga class tonight. Namaste!

  27. Kelly D on December 2, 2014 at 2:29 pm

I would use it to count the vitamins I take.

  28. Hayley on December 2, 2014 at 2:30 pm

I was desperate for one last time! Veggies all the way…I’ve been rubbish!

  29. Erika on December 2, 2014 at 2:32 pm

I would be changing the subject monthly, whether it be counting workouts to getting in enough glasses of water!

  30. Jackie on December 2, 2014 at 2:34 pm

I would use it to keep track of workouts per week!

  31. Tammy on December 2, 2014 at 2:36 pm

Pinned! I’d use it to count workouts. I don’t even want to admit how long I’ve been in a funk, but it’s time to take charge again.

Beautiful and useful – count me in! What I count might change by the day but I know water per day and workouts per week will definitely be in there.
