Favorite things giveaway: Count Me Healthy

12 days of giveaway fun continues! Did you enter the Fivesse giveaway? All of this weekโ€™s giveaways will end this Saturday at midnight. If youโ€™re just joining in the fun, youโ€™re in for a treat! These are all companies I reached out to and asked them to share some holiday cheer with you all. These giveaways are not sponsored (there is one sponsored White Plum giveaway because I wanted our last WP giveaway to be during this magical time), and many of the giveaways have multiple winners.

How about something sparkly?

I am obsessed with the Count Me Healthy bracelets! We ran a giveaway once before, and it was one of the most successful ones on the blog, ever. Not only are these bracelets gorgeous to look at and well-constructed -Iโ€™ve accidentally worn mine to work out before, and itโ€™s not tarnished or scratched at all- but they also have a surprise hidden purpose. On the Count Me Healthy bracelets, youโ€™ll see beads that you can move from side to side. These beads can be used to track anything you desire! Theyโ€™re especially fantastic for health-related goals (workout sessions in a week, glasses of water consumed each day, produce servings per day, days abstaining from cigarettes if youโ€™re trying to quit, etc.) but can count really anything, including breastfeeding sessions for new mamas, personal weekly goals youโ€™ve hit, and the list goes on and on.

I love my rose gold bracelet, and Chelsea Charles, the creator of this incredible line, sent me one of her brand new bracelets from the crystal collection. The purpose is the same, but each bead is adorned with small crystals.

Count me healthy 1 of 1 2

She also kindly offered to surprise two lucky readers with their own Count Me Healthy crystal collection bracelets.

Two winners will each receive one bracelet of their choice from this collection, valued at $148 each.

I love doing 5 or 6 mini workouts during the day – this would be a fun/beautiful way to track them!

  2. Megan S. on December 4, 2014 at 10:16 am

    Water intake for sure!

  3. Mary Ortner on December 4, 2014 at 10:17 am

I would use it to count water also or how many days I’ve been able to avoid sugar if I ever get brave enough to give it up!

  4. Danielle on December 4, 2014 at 10:34 am

In just a short time, I’d love to use this to count either breastfeeding sessions or # of diapers per day. With lack of sleep, this will be perfect!

  5. Jessica on December 4, 2014 at 11:04 am

Water! I just can’t drink enough in the desert!

My health has undergone a complete 360 in the past year and a half – I’ve learned so much about what a healthy diet truly looks like for me and how to use all of the other components of life to heal my body. I have a lot of blessings to be thankful for!

  7. Sharece on December 4, 2014 at 11:19 am

Days without sugar! – I have a real problem.

  8. Andrea B. on December 4, 2014 at 1:23 pm

Water! I never seem to drink enough of it. I also think it’d be a sweet way to remind myself of thinking a positive thought or sending well wishes every time I moved a bead–sometimes I get too caught up in the business of the day that I forget to appreciate all the wonderful things I do have.

  9. Kristen M on December 4, 2014 at 1:31 pm

I’d use it to track tempo runs.

  10. Becki @ Bites 'n Brews on December 4, 2014 at 1:42 pm

I’d use it for water tracking. I need to up my intake thanks to the dry Colorado weather and keep forgetting!

  11. Becca on December 4, 2014 at 1:47 pm

Definitely for tracking water! Some days I do so well, but some days I totally flop. Something sparkly to help me remember would be so useful.

I would use it to track making positive comments and having positive thoughts as opposed to dwelling on the negative!

  21. Satin Marshall on December 4, 2014 at 8:07 pm

  28. Indhu on December 5, 2014 at 10:32 am

  30. Jay on December 5, 2014 at 11:01 am

Amazingly, I would not track water. I do well there. Where I don’t do well is veggie and fruit intake! I might also consider it for getting up from my desk to do a quick 10 minute stair walk up. I SIT all day as a student doing research and it would be a beautiful reminder to get up and move intermittently instead of leaving it to my daily workout! My butt will thank me.

  31. Kristen on December 5, 2014 at 11:26 am

I think I would use it to count how many glasses of water of I drink. As I nursing momma I really need to stay hydrated!

I like the idea of counting glasses of water!

  36. Megan B. on December 5, 2014 at 1:10 pm

I would use it to count flights of stairs climbed during my day at work.

  37. Dianna on December 5, 2014 at 3:07 pm

Movement. I try to take short walks when I’m working on homework or sitting at work charting for awhile

  38. nina on December 5, 2014 at 3:28 pm

It’s exactly 279 steps round trip from my desk to the bathroom, so I would use the bracelet to count trips to the bathroom to give me a sense of how many steps I take in a day. (Especially on days where it seems like the only time I’m outside is going to and from the office!)

  39. Jenn on December 5, 2014 at 3:54 pm

Definitely a great way to keep track of my water intake! I always seem to lose count haha~
