Favorite things giveaway: Count Me Healthy

12 days of giveaway fun continues! Did you enter the Fivesse giveaway? All of this week’s giveaways will end this Saturday at midnight. If you’re just joining in the fun, you’re in for a treat! These are all companies I reached out to and asked them to share some holiday cheer with you all. These giveaways are not sponsored (there is one sponsored White Plum giveaway because I wanted our last WP giveaway to be during this magical time), and many of the giveaways have multiple winners.

How about something sparkly?

I am obsessed with the Count Me Healthy bracelets! We ran a giveaway once before, and it was one of the most successful ones on the blog, ever. Not only are these bracelets gorgeous to look at and well-constructed -I’ve accidentally worn mine to work out before, and it’s not tarnished or scratched at all- but they also have a surprise hidden purpose. On the Count Me Healthy bracelets, you’ll see beads that you can move from side to side. These beads can be used to track anything you desire! They’re especially fantastic for health-related goals (workout sessions in a week, glasses of water consumed each day, produce servings per day, days abstaining from cigarettes if you’re trying to quit, etc.) but can count really anything, including breastfeeding sessions for new mamas, personal weekly goals you’ve hit, and the list goes on and on.

I love my rose gold bracelet, and Chelsea Charles, the creator of this incredible line, sent me one of her brand new bracelets from the crystal collection. The purpose is the same, but each bead is adorned with small crystals.

Count me healthy 1 of 1 2

She also kindly offered to surprise two lucky readers with their own Count Me Healthy crystal collection bracelets.

Two winners will each receive one bracelet of their choice from this collection, valued at $148 each.

Here’s how to enter:

-Leave a comment below with what you would use your bracelet to count!

Ready, set, go!

I sit in front of a computer all day for long periods at a time. I would use it to track how many times I get up and walk around to encourage me to take mini health breaks from time to time.

  2. Janelle on December 2, 2014 at 5:43 am

I would count how many times I get up from my desk chair each day!

  3. Molly on December 2, 2014 at 5:45 am

Like most people, I’d track my water intake. Or the number of times I tell my two year old ‘no!’ Could be a good reminder to redirect him!!

  4. Stacey on December 2, 2014 at 5:46 am

I would use it to keep track of my water consumption.

  5. Jody on December 2, 2014 at 5:48 am

I’d use it to count how many times I’ve stood and taken a break from sitting during my normal workday. I already drink tons of water which also gets me to stop and take breaks but sometimes I’ll still get caught up on find I’ve gone over 2 hours without moving from my chair. Whoops.

It may sound cheesy, but I’d use it to count positive thoughts in a day. I’m working on bringing more positivity into my life!

  7. Mina on December 2, 2014 at 5:51 am

This bracelet would remind me to just step back and breathe. That’s what I would count, the times I just closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I’m go, go, go from my 5am run/workout until I hit the couch at 9pm when my daughter goes to bed.

  8. Brittany on December 2, 2014 at 5:52 am

I would definitely use it to count the number of times I get up and walk around per day!

  10. Brittany on December 2, 2014 at 5:52 am

Water – I’m more likely to be healthy in other ways if I drink enough water.

  16. Morgan on December 2, 2014 at 5:56 am

I would count sets of something; pushups, squats, quick runs up/down the stairs. Great way to keep me moving at work and much prettier then the tally post it note I keep on my desk!

Water – it’s so hard to keep track of how much I’m drinking every day!

  20. Beth on December 2, 2014 at 6:00 am

Definitely water! I don’t drink enough during the day and this bracelet would help keep me on track.

  21. Sarah on December 2, 2014 at 6:01 am

I would keep track of water- if I’m not actively trying to, I totally forget.

  22. Christine on December 2, 2014 at 6:03 am

Glasses of water each day – it gets dry here in Colorado!

  23. Stefanie on December 2, 2014 at 6:03 am

I would use it to count how many times I get up and move throughout the day. At a desk job, I really have to put in the effort to walk around!

  31. Laura T. on December 2, 2014 at 6:09 am

I would love one of these!! I am the worst at drinking water, so something like this would help me to track what I am drinking and hopefully motivate me to drink more! They are beautiful!

  32. Niki on December 2, 2014 at 6:09 am

I would use it to track H2O intake!! I always lose track of how much I’ve consumed each day!

  33. Emily S on December 2, 2014 at 6:09 am

    I would track water!

  34. Donna Boudreau on December 2, 2014 at 6:09 am

I would use mine to count the number of glasses of water I drink in a day, I tend to lose track this time of year when it’s cold and I don’t feel like drinking it.

  35. Ashley on December 2, 2014 at 6:09 am

Water!!! Especially with all the holiday craziness I’ve been upping my caffeine intake, which means I’ve been neglecting water! I need more water in my life (not just the kind used to make coffee, heh)

  36. Elizabeth on December 2, 2014 at 6:11 am

I would definitely use this for counting glasses of water! I’ve tried apps on my phone, and they really annoy me. I think this would be much simpler.

  37. Jaimie on December 2, 2014 at 6:11 am

Water! I always start my day tracking my water intake, but by lunchtime I’ve usually lost count! This would be perfect!

  38. Niki on December 2, 2014 at 6:11 am
  39. Rhiannon on December 2, 2014 at 6:13 am

  41. Joci S. on December 2, 2014 at 6:16 am

I would use it to count my workouts each week. I think it would be a great reminder to look down and actually see my accomplishments instead of just feeling them!

  42. Brandy H. on December 2, 2014 at 6:18 am

I LOVE this bracelet!!! I would track water or veggie consumption each day!

  43. Debbie on December 2, 2014 at 6:18 am

These bracelets are beautiful. I would use it to keep track of how much water I drink. I am no where close to drinking enough.

  44. Brooke P on December 2, 2014 at 6:18 am

The crystal bracelet is gorgeous! I think I’d either use it for glasses of water, some days I do great, other days not so much, or for when I catch myself saying something negative about myself and I turn it around, to encourage more positive and loving thoughts.

  45. Brandy H. on December 2, 2014 at 6:19 am
  46. Shayna on December 2, 2014 at 6:19 am

Beautiful bracelet. I would track the times I get up from my desk and walk around. Still trying to work on this.

  47. Heather on December 2, 2014 at 6:19 am

I love this! What a great (and pretty) way to keep track of reps for ab work.

  48. Genna on December 2, 2014 at 6:20 am

I would track my veggie servings! I’m usually on top of this, but during the colder temps and holiday season, it’s easy to skip out and having a visual reminder would be so helpful.
