Favorite things giveaway: Count Me Healthy

12 days of giveaway fun continues! Did you enter the Fivesse giveaway? All of this week’s giveaways will end this Saturday at midnight. If you’re just joining in the fun, you’re in for a treat! These are all companies I reached out to and asked them to share some holiday cheer with you all. These giveaways are not sponsored (there is one sponsored White Plum giveaway because I wanted our last WP giveaway to be during this magical time), and many of the giveaways have multiple winners.

How about something sparkly?

I am obsessed with the Count Me Healthy bracelets! We ran a giveaway once before, and it was one of the most successful ones on the blog, ever. Not only are these bracelets gorgeous to look at and well-constructed -I’ve accidentally worn mine to work out before, and it’s not tarnished or scratched at all- but they also have a surprise hidden purpose. On the Count Me Healthy bracelets, you’ll see beads that you can move from side to side. These beads can be used to track anything you desire! They’re especially fantastic for health-related goals (workout sessions in a week, glasses of water consumed each day, produce servings per day, days abstaining from cigarettes if you’re trying to quit, etc.) but can count really anything, including breastfeeding sessions for new mamas, personal weekly goals you’ve hit, and the list goes on and on.

I love my rose gold bracelet, and Chelsea Charles, the creator of this incredible line, sent me one of her brand new bracelets from the crystal collection. The purpose is the same, but each bead is adorned with small crystals.

She also kindly offered to surprise two lucky readers with their own Count Me Healthy crystal collection bracelets.

Two winners will each receive one bracelet of their choice from this collection, valued at $148 each.

Water! I’ve always struggled with remembering to drink enough.

  3. Vera on December 2, 2014 at 6:25 am

Yayyyy another chance to win this bracelet! I wanted to win so bad when you first posted about it 🙂 I would give this to my mom for Christmas!

  5. Corey on December 2, 2014 at 6:27 am

Love the idea of counting cups of veggies. One of the things I really struggle to fit in!

  6. Emily H on December 2, 2014 at 6:27 am

So pretty! I would use it to count how many times I get up from my desk each day. Some days I realize that with the exception of a bathroom break or two, I have been sitting for nearly 8 hours! I would love to make it a priority to get up and take a lap to stretch my legs a bit more, and this bracelet would be the perfect encouragement!

  7. Lisa on December 2, 2014 at 6:28 am

I would track how many times a day I get up from my desk at work. Definitely don’t do that enough!

  8. angie k on December 2, 2014 at 6:28 am

I would use it to keep track of my water intake, an important goal of mine.

  9. Angela Hale on December 2, 2014 at 6:28 am

I would use it to stop smoking…I workout, eat healthy, drink plenty of water…but I have the worst habit of smoking. I have tried to quit many many times. I have restricted myself to less than 5 per day, but I can’t stop. My goal for myself is to do 3 or less during December and none in January.

  10. Shannon on December 2, 2014 at 6:30 am

Love this bracelet! I would use it to track my water intake each day, or possibly tracking baby related items as I am due in mid-November with my second baby.

  11. Corinne on December 2, 2014 at 6:30 am

I would track Water! I never drink enough!!

  12. Stephanie on December 2, 2014 at 6:31 am

I would definitely count workout reps for now (avid Crossfitter), but probably breastfeeding sessions in the near future since I’m 27 weeks pregnant with my second munchkin!

  13. Abbey on December 2, 2014 at 6:32 am

I would use it to count water. I don’t drink nearly enough of it.

  14. Lauren on December 2, 2014 at 6:33 am

I would use the bracelet to count moments of gratitude throughout the day. With all the stress of daily life it’s easy to get overwhelmed and forget all the amazing opportunities and people in my life!

  15. Pam on December 2, 2014 at 6:35 am

I would use it to count my water intake. Some days I am the worst at drinking water and this would be a good consistent reminder.

  16. Carrie on December 2, 2014 at 6:35 am

    I would definitely count water!

  17. Allison on December 2, 2014 at 6:36 am

I would definitely use this to track water intake! Some days I really am spot on with getting enough but other days when things get busy it is usually the first thing that I forget!

  18. liz on December 2, 2014 at 6:36 am

I would love to use this to help me make sure I drink enough water! thats one of the things I have the biggest problem making sure I drink enough.

I’d track water! I’m great about drinking plenty when the weather is hot, but as it cools down, i don’t get what I should.

  24. Allison Galassie on December 2, 2014 at 6:40 am

I would love to use this to count times I get up and walk during the work day. I tend to just get focused and keep sitting at my desk.

  25. Cassie Vaughn on December 2, 2014 at 6:41 am

I’d either track how many glasses of water I’ve drank or every time I smile. 🙂

  26. Lindsay Johnstones on December 2, 2014 at 6:41 am

These bracelets are beautiful! I would use it to track the positive things I say to my kids, we’ve been so busy lately I feel like I’m always rushing them and nagging them. I’d like to have more “caught you being good moments” because they are great kids 🙂

I’ve recently started a walking group at work. Instead of catching up with co-workers in their cubes we meet for daily walks outside. I would use the bracelet to track our weekly walks. I recently went back through your blog from your previous post to check out these bracelets, but was going to have to put off my purchase until after the holidays.

  29. Ellen S on December 2, 2014 at 6:41 am

I would definitely use it to count the cups of water I drink per day

  30. Brittany on December 2, 2014 at 6:44 am

This would be awesome to keep track of the amount of water I’m drinking in a day!

  31. Luz on December 2, 2014 at 6:44 am

Like most other people above me I would use it track how many glasses of water I drink. I’ve always disliked water and suffer from extremely dry skin because of it.

  32. Jamie on December 2, 2014 at 6:46 am

to count all the moments I’m grateful for each dayy

  33. Kelly Hough on December 2, 2014 at 6:47 am

I would use it for weight loss, water and all that good stuff but also to track how many hugs for my daughters each day and how many books I’ve read to them and how much love I need to remember to give to my family 🙂

  34. Lys on December 2, 2014 at 6:50 am

I think water would be the easiest thing to count as it would serve a daily purpose.
Or possibly count my sweetest so I know not to have too many no a weekly basis!

  35. Sylvia on December 2, 2014 at 6:50 am

These are gorgeous!! I would count each great thing that has happened to me that day, does that sound corny? I feel like we never truly look back at all the wonderful things that are happening in our lives each day.

  36. Eileen Thomas on December 2, 2014 at 6:51 am

I would use it to count my number of workouts for the week. I just ran a 10 mile race and was motivated to train for that but now that it’s over and so cold outside I have trouble making it to the gym.

  37. amber conger on December 2, 2014 at 6:52 am

Obsessed! That is gorg! I would use it to count moments I am grateful for each day to be more mindful!

  43. Joanna @Makingmine on December 2, 2014 at 6:59 am

  44. Emily S. on December 2, 2014 at 6:59 am

  46. Sara on December 2, 2014 at 7:01 am

I would use the bracelet to count my daily gratitudes. One of my goals this month is to take some time to think of or write down things I’m grateful for each day. The bracelet would be a good reminder of all the great things I have in my life.
