Favorite things giveaway: Count Me Healthy

12 days of giveaway fun continues! Did you enter the Fivesse giveaway? All of this week’s giveaways will end this Saturday at midnight. If you’re just joining in the fun, you’re in for a treat! These are all companies I reached out to and asked them to share some holiday cheer with you all. These giveaways are not sponsored (there is one sponsored White Plum giveaway because I wanted our last WP giveaway to be during this magical time), and many of the giveaways have multiple winners.

How about something sparkly?

I am obsessed with the Count Me Healthy bracelets! We ran a giveaway once before, and it was one of the most successful ones on the blog, ever. Not only are these bracelets gorgeous to look at and well-constructed -I’ve accidentally worn mine to work out before, and it’s not tarnished or scratched at all- but they also have a surprise hidden purpose. On the Count Me Healthy bracelets, you’ll see beads that you can move from side to side. These beads can be used to track anything you desire! They’re especially fantastic for health-related goals (workout sessions in a week, glasses of water consumed each day, produce servings per day, days abstaining from cigarettes if you’re trying to quit, etc.) but can count really anything, including breastfeeding sessions for new mamas, personal weekly goals you’ve hit, and the list goes on and on.

I love my rose gold bracelet, and Chelsea Charles, the creator of this incredible line, sent me one of her brand new bracelets from the crystal collection. The purpose is the same, but each bead is adorned with small crystals.

Count me healthy 1 of 1 2

She also kindly offered to surprise two lucky readers with their own Count Me Healthy crystal collection bracelets.

Two winners will each receive one bracelet of their choice from this collection, valued at $148 each.

Here’s how to enter:

-Leave a comment below with what you would use your bracelet to count!

Ready, set, go!

I would use it to count glasses of water I drank for that day!

  2. jean on December 2, 2014 at 7:59 am

Definitely for tracking water – I do so bad on that in the winter!

  3. jessie on December 2, 2014 at 8:00 am

I would use the bracelet to count how many books i read to my 3 yr old each day.

  4. Megan on December 2, 2014 at 8:01 am

I was also thinking of tracking water… but since it’s so popular, how many running days I get in each week!

    I would track water!!!

  7. Lisa @ Lisa the Vegetarian on December 2, 2014 at 8:05 am

I would track glasses of water throughout the day! I often find myself either completely slacking on this, or making random scratch marks to keep track in a notebook. This would be quite helpful (and beautiful).

  8. Kaitlin on December 2, 2014 at 8:07 am

This is beautiful! I’d use it to count glasses of water.

  9. Andrea B on December 2, 2014 at 8:07 am

Tracking my water consumption would definitely be the thing I would track! For some reason that is one of the hardest habits to make!!

  10. Melissa Boyle on December 2, 2014 at 8:08 am

Count my blessings, there is so much we take for granted in our everyday life. this would be a great reminder to stop and say Thank You! 🙂

  11. Sarah @ KS Runner on December 2, 2014 at 8:09 am

I would use it to track water consumption. I don’t have a problem getting in enough when its warm out, but cold weather makes me want warm drinks!

  12. Kim on December 2, 2014 at 8:09 am

I would use it to count the glasses of water I need to drink daily. During the winter I have a hard time drinking cold water since it’s so cold outside.

  13. Andrea B on December 2, 2014 at 8:10 am
  14. Megan on December 2, 2014 at 8:10 am

I would use it to count the glasses of water I drink – it’s hard to keep track of at work!

  15. Michelle on December 2, 2014 at 8:11 am

I would use it to count good behavior for my son. Right now, we use check marks on a chalkboard, but the bracelet count method could be a more constant reminder for him which I think he needs 🙂

  16. Crystal on December 2, 2014 at 8:11 am

I’d use this to track my water intake per day or maybe workouts per week…basically I should just buy two of them, lol

  17. Kelsey on December 2, 2014 at 8:11 am

Servings of produce… that’s my biggest challenge!

  18. Sarah on December 2, 2014 at 8:11 am

I would use it to count yoga and meditation for the whole week!

  19. Angelica on December 2, 2014 at 8:11 am

I would track how many times I take a quick walk during the day. Having a desk job, I tend to forget to step away to stretch my legs!

  20. Melissa on December 2, 2014 at 8:13 am

Is the 35% off only good to use today?

  21. Melissa on December 2, 2014 at 8:13 am

    ‘I would count my blessings!

  22. Betsy on December 2, 2014 at 8:13 am

Much prettier way to track water than hash marks on my water bottle 😉

  25. Kristi S on December 2, 2014 at 8:15 am

I would use it to track glasses of water!

  26. Kristi S on December 2, 2014 at 8:16 am

    I pinned it!

  27. Lauren on December 2, 2014 at 8:17 am

I’d wear it during the day as a reminder (and motivation) of how many unassisted chin ups I can do in a row ….currently at 2 working my way up to 10!

  28. Brooke B on December 2, 2014 at 8:19 am

I would use the bracelet to count how many glasses of water I am drinking per day! I definitely need to get better at that.

  29. Annalisa on December 2, 2014 at 8:20 am

I would count the glasses of water I drink every day. It is one of my hardest things to remember.

  30. Jordan K on December 2, 2014 at 8:20 am

I would probably use it to help keep track of my water intake throughout the day!

  31. Brooke B on December 2, 2014 at 8:22 am
  32. Carrie on December 2, 2014 at 8:23 am

I would use it to count the number of times I get up at work, move around, and do 10 squats … currently trying to do once each hour at least!

  33. Julie on December 2, 2014 at 8:24 am

I noticed a few other commenters said “count my blessings” & I think that’s really lovely! How much happier we’d all be if we actively counted them daily. “Count” me in! (See what I did there?) 😉

  34. Meghan on December 2, 2014 at 8:30 am

I would use it to keep track of days per week I have worked out since my goal is 5.

  35. Amie on December 2, 2014 at 8:34 am

I’m currently recovering from anorexia, so I would count how many times I feel good about myself throughout the day 🙂

  36. Yvette Urteaga on December 2, 2014 at 8:34 am

I would track water with this bling ;O)

  37. Amy S on December 2, 2014 at 8:34 am

At the start of each week, I usually make a list of the “top” important tasks I need to complete that week. I think I would use the bracelet to count them as I knocked them off the list! That’d definitely be good motivation 🙂

  38. Danielle J on December 2, 2014 at 8:36 am

I’d definitely use it to track how much water I’m drinking. So fun! 😀

  39. Anne on December 2, 2014 at 8:36 am

Most definitely glasses of water. It’s the hardest thing for me to stay on top of in the winter months.

  40. Mary on December 2, 2014 at 8:37 am

I would use one to count my Blessings. Just a lovely reminder of something I should be doing every day! 🙂

  41. Brynn on December 2, 2014 at 8:38 am

As a nursing mom, definitely my water intake!

  42. Abbie C. on December 2, 2014 at 8:39 am

I would use it to count times I did some act of kindness for someone else. Some days I get in a slump and realized what helped me most was making someone else smile.

  43. Abbie C. on December 2, 2014 at 8:40 am
  44. Morgan C. on December 2, 2014 at 8:41 am
  45. Morgan C. on December 2, 2014 at 8:41 am

Definitely to track stretch breaks in getting away from my desk at work!

  46. Lori S on December 2, 2014 at 8:42 am

I would count workouts, I struggle when it’s cold and dark outside and this would help keep me motivated and accountable.

  47. Jaime on December 2, 2014 at 8:44 am

I would use it to track my daily water intake. I try to get at least 100 ounces of water a day, and this would be a great way to track glasses!

  48. Jennifer on December 2, 2014 at 8:50 am

I would use it to track my water intake. I’m terrible at at! These bracelets are so pretty!

  50. heather from nc on December 2, 2014 at 8:55 am

I would use it to count positive things I say to my loved ones and friends. It is such a small thing to do…to voice a positive thought or compliment someone on something and it can make such a difference in someone’e day.
