Favorite things giveaway: Count Me Healthy
12 days of giveaway fun continues! Did you enter the Fivesse giveaway? All of this week’s giveaways will end this Saturday at midnight. If you’re just joining in the fun, you’re in for a treat! These are all companies I reached out to and asked them to share some holiday cheer with you all. These giveaways are not sponsored (there is one sponsored White Plum giveaway because I wanted our last WP giveaway to be during this magical time), and many of the giveaways have multiple winners.
How about something sparkly?

I am obsessed with the Count Me Healthy bracelets! We ran a giveaway once before, and it was one of the most successful ones on the blog, ever. Not only are these bracelets gorgeous to look at and well-constructed -I’ve accidentally worn mine to work out before, and it’s not tarnished or scratched at all- but they also have a surprise hidden purpose. On the Count Me Healthy bracelets, you’ll see beads that you can move from side to side. These beads can be used to track anything you desire! They’re especially fantastic for health-related goals (workout sessions in a week, glasses of water consumed each day, produce servings per day, days abstaining from cigarettes if you’re trying to quit, etc.) but can count really anything, including breastfeeding sessions for new mamas, personal weekly goals you’ve hit, and the list goes on and on.
I love my rose gold bracelet, and Chelsea Charles, the creator of this incredible line, sent me one of her brand new bracelets from the crystal collection. The purpose is the same, but each bead is adorned with small crystals.
She also kindly offered to surprise two lucky readers with their own Count Me Healthy crystal collection bracelets.
Two winners will each receive one bracelet of their choice from this collection, valued at $148 each.
Here’s how to enter:

I would use it to track meditation or “slow down” sessions in a week. Would help me to stay focused and de-stressed 🙂
definitely water intake… i’m SO bad about it
I pinned it!
WATER! I’m a big fat failure with keeping track of my intake. This would be perfect!
That is beautiful! I would use the bracelet to track how often I bite my cuticles. Gross, I know….it’s a habit I have been trying to quit for YEARS!!!
I think I would track water intake or taking breaks to walk around during the day. It’s so beautiful!
I would use mine to count prayers for the day.
I would use it to track water consumption throughout the day, or how many times I get up from my desk and walk around! I hate going home and realizing I sat all day long …
I’d use them to count speed intervals on the treadmill – much prettier than my current method of a hair elastic around my fingers!
I would use this to track feedings for my twins that are due next month!
Fruit/vegetable intake!
I’d definitely use it for counting glasses of water!
I’m pregnant with my first baby, so I love the idea of using it to count my breastfeeding sessions!
I would count the days I was able to maintain a positive attitude/outlook
This actually goes great with a time management seminar we had at work. We were given 8 gold dollars to switch from one pocket to the next for each hour in the day to track how much we are getting done each day. This is a much prettier version..
LOVE THESE! I would count how many glasses of water I drank each day. 🙂
I’d use it for water consumption now, then maybe breastfeeding sessions once baby arrives!
I think i would use it for things i am grateful for. i find i am at my best when i try to express gratitude daily!
i’d probably count water but also hours of “non-sitting” time
I would count moments to stop and reflect on a happy moment in the day. I have an incredibly busy and stressful lifestyle, and I notice that my negative thoughts only snowball into ultimately feeling really low at the end of the day (not fair to my daughter and husband). What a beautiful way to remind yourself to STOP, and breathe…think happy thoughts 🙂
I remember the first giveaway you had for these…. I LOVE the concept behind them.
I would use it to keep track of the moments I stopped to express gratitude each day!

I would count them each time I stop any negative thoughts and instead be grateful for the health & happiness of my kids!
I would use it to help track my water consumption or miles ran that week!
I would use the bracelet as a reminder to slow down and be grateful. I don’t think I cherish the little stuff as much as I should, and I need to become better about this. Having something on my wrist as a daily reminder would certainly help!
I would use this bracelet to count workouts, with work and a new baby I have to really focus and plan to get my workouts in each week.
Vegetable intake! I’m currently so stressed out that all I want is carbs, carbs, carbs.
WATER! I have really been slacking lately….or may RAKs during the holiday season!
I’d count pumping and feeding times for my sweet little one!
Definitely water intake!
I pinned it…but apparently don’t know how to steal the “link” to a pin to post here!
water intake!
I think I would use it to track personal goals accomplished that I set for myself.
I need a cute way of tracking my water consumption!! I bring my water with me to all of my meetings so I can’t write on my bottle as it would be distratiing, this bracelet is perfect for my conservative workplace enviornment!
i would use it to track how many times I got up from my desk at work every day!
i’d use the bracelet to count my water intake!
I’ve never seen these before, so beautiful and useful!
I would definitely use mine to count my water, it seems so difficult to remember to drink water during the winter months.
These bracelets are so pretty! I would use it to track my workouts for the week
I love someone’s idea above to use this to count intervals!
I would use it to track workouts!
I’d love this as a reminder to use kind words toward myself during the day.
The bracelets are so pretty – I would use them to track walking breaks during the day.
I would use it to track water intake!
Water!
I could definitely use it to get myself to drink more water!
Im 3 months pregnant and just figuring out how to feed my new body & baby (everything i used to love is no longer appetizing. how confusing!) so I would use it to count my meals and snacks, and make sure I’m eating enough.
Those are beautiful! And useful! I would use it to keep track of my fruits and veggies. Amazing how some days totally on the go can end up with a shortage of greens.
Water water and water! Right now I’m using a silly rubber band tracking system, this would be so much prettier
fruits and veggies!
