-FULL weekly fitness plans depending on how many days you can train each week
-Workouts that can be completed in 30 minutes or less with body weight and dumbbells alone
-My HIIT style of eating, macro counting, and delicious recipes that can be made in advance to be enjoyed throughout the week
-All of my macaroon recipes 🙂
In addition to the macaroons and book, I’ll also be including some fun holiday goodies, like teas, chocolate, peppermint bark, whatever I see that looks fun. 😉

My family is Swiss, so we always celebrate on Christmas Eve and with our extended family. We light candles on the tree (it’s not as much of a fire hazard as it sounds…) and sing carols in German and then all open presents together. I’ve always loved how special our family Christmas traditions are!
My favorite holiday tradition is simple, just getting the family together with charlie brown christmas in the background. We also watch hilarious home videos from when we were kids!
My favorite Christmas tradition is frozen pizza on Christmas Eve. We always had a children’s mass Christmas Eve, and we were always starving. Even after we were grown, it was always frozen pizza.
I always look forward to our big family Christmas Eve party!
My favorite holiday tradition is making hot cocoa and driving around town to look at all the Christmas lights!
I love getting the tree and decorating it and chatting about the meaning/story behind each ornament! And I’m very much looking forward to Santa delivering gifts for my little’s first Christmas!
Christmas baking!
I’m starting s tradition this year to do a holiday light night run! My friend did one last year and I was so jealous! I’m doing one this Thursday and next! I can’t wait!
Watching classic christmas movies with my sister and cousin.
My husband and I are newly married so we are enjoying starting new holiday traditions including new pajamas on Christmas Eve.
One of my favorite holiday traditions is Christmas brunch. The whole family gathers at my aunts house and we all eat eggs Benedict and drink mimosas while recapping what Santa brought us : )
My mom buys us Christmas pajamas every year – she even included my husband when I got married 🙂
Hubby and I order Chinese food and watch the marathon of A Christmas Story on Christmas Eve.
I also pre-ordered your book. Can not wait!!
Love hanging out with my sisters in our pjs watching tv marathons/holiday movies!
One of my favorite traditions is making homemade candy with my mom, and now my daughter has joined us. We make chocolate covered homemade caramels, peanut butter cups, truffles, toffee, mints, and this year I added mini almond joys and apple cider caramels. So much fun, and delicious!
I preordered your book last month! I’d love to get a copy for my daughter.
My family is ALL about Christmas traditions!!! A few of my favorites are watching Charlie Brown Christmas, making cookies for Santa (even though all the kids are 20 or older!), and reading the Advent story Christmas morning. Oh I love Christmas!
My fab holiday tradition is hosting Christmas Eve at my house with friends and family! This year will be extra special as it’s my baby boy’s first Christmas!
I preorder the book a few weeks ago! Can’t wait until it arrives – yay! Merry Christmas to me from me 🙂
my fav xmas tradition is picking out a new ornament every year at a thrift store/antique shop with my bf!
Fave tradition is spending Christmas eve at my mommas house. Now that we’re all havin babies of our own we started a white elephant exchange for the adults and I can’t wait for that again. Last year was so fun
My favorite Christmas tradition is decorating the tree together the weekend after Thanksgiving. My siblings and I each have our own ornaments from our childhood and it is fun to reminisce about where each one came from, and laugh at the ones we made ourselves!
I love baking Christmas cookies with my mom!
My favorite Christmas tradition is reading the book – it’s this book about Santa Claus that my mom got when she was 3 and it has her colorings in it. We read it over 15 nights STARTING TOMORROW aka the best day of the year… It’s kind of like having her back!
Prior to having kids, I used to love going to Midnight Mass. There was always something so special about being in church in the middle of the night with traditional hymns being played. Now that I have two daughters, I love that my parents and brothers come over to join us for bloody Mary’s, mimosas and brunch midday.
All of my family coming together on Christmas Eve!
My favorite holiday tradition is going to my grandmother’s house Christmas morning and having a VERY southern and glorious dish — chocolate gravy and biscuits.
Loading up in the car in our PJs with cookies and milk and driving around to see the lights!
My favorite holiday tradition with my family is baking cookies, listening to christmas music and decorating the tree, all together. This year, since I won’t be with them for the first time ever, I’ve been making new traditions with my boyfriend 🙂
Watching The Elf and The Grinch (Jim Carrey style) on Christmas.
I don’t really have a lot of traditions right now. I’m hoping once I start a family we’ll get some good ones, but I really just like spending as much time with family as possible!
I love Thanksgiving – it’s a true family cooking collaboration and now that I no longer live at home, it’s great bonding time with my parents.
My favorite holiday tradition is baking cookies with loved ones and going to see Christmas lights with family and friends!
I love driving around and seeing the lights!
I also pre-ordered your book!
We look at Christmas lights every year in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico where the entire neighborhood is covered in luminarias (brown paper bags with candles). It’s the best!
I love making Christmas stollen every year!
As a military family, our main tradition is doing face time with our families across the country while opening gifts! Now that we have a little one, I’m looking forward to starting some new ones of our own.
I pre-ordered a couple months ago! I can’t wait to read it!
My favorite holiday tradition is listening to Christmas music at home with my family! Add some homemade mint hot chocolate for extra cheer.
Having my husband home from work is not necessarily a tradition, but it is my favorite part of Christmas!
My favorite holiday tradition is baking christmas cookies with my mom
My favorite holiday tradition is spending time with my family and singing silent night at church with every member of the congregation holding a lit candle. It’s beautiful.
One of my favorite holiday traditions is the decorating for the holiday. I love to put on the music, bust out the boxes of decor and just dance, sip hot cocoa (not at the same time) and decorate. I love putting the star on the top of the tree very last and then stepping back and looking at all of the love!!
My favorite holiday tradition is eating cinnamon rolls while opening gifts Christmas morning.
One of my favorite holiday traditions is playing board games with my family on Christmas eve.
Some of my favourite holiday traditions include Christmas Eve games night, driving around viewing Christmas lights and most of all just spending a few days with my family
My favorite Christmas tradition is going to the Christmas Eve service at our church. It’s the perfect way to focus on the true meaning of Christmas.
I love picking out and decorating the Christmas tree.
