For today’s giveaway, I’ve been cooking.. or uncooking up a little something. Our dehydrator is full of macaroons, and I’d love to give them to one of you, along with some other fun holiday treats/goodies.
I’ll also be ordering a copy of “HIIT IT!” (which has ALL of my macaroon recipes inside!) for the winner, which is a favorite thing because a lot of love went into making it. I poured my heart, soul, and fitness knowledge into the pages, and am so excited to share it with you all.
Some of the things you’ll find in “HIIT It!”:
-A thorough HIIT background: how it works, and how to use it in your own routine
-FULL weekly fitness plans depending on how many days you can train each week
-Workouts that can be completed in 30 minutes or less with body weight and dumbbells alone
-My HIIT style of eating, macro counting, and delicious recipes that can be made in advance to be enjoyed throughout the week
-All of my macaroon recipes 🙂
In addition to the macaroons and book, I’ll also be including some fun holiday goodies, like teas, chocolate, peppermint bark, whatever I see that looks fun. 😉
Here’s how to enter:
–Leave a comment with your favorite holiday tradition!
As an extra entry, preorder a copy of “HIIT It!” for yourself or a friend, and leave an extra comment 🙂

I love all of us putting up the tree and decorating it together!
So cool, I would love to win this giveaway! I can’t wait for my preordered copy to arrive, but I would love to gift another to my mom for Christmas!!! 🙂
My fave holiday tradition is opening stockings. We always open them after we have opened all our presents. It’s exciting to know there is still one more thing left, and I love all the little gifts. They are usually so useful, like a car wash token, gift card to a movie, chap stick, ring, or ornament.
My favorite holiday tradition is Christmas dinner with my boys!
my fave holiday tradition is making pizzelles with family 🙂
My favorite holiday tradition is spending Christmas Eve with my Grannie. We bake cookies, go to church, and the family gathers afterwards for food and fun. I love it!

I love going to look at Christmas lights!
When my dad was still alive, he, my mom, my brother, and I would go to the Makahiki Christmas Luau @ Seaworld Orlando on New Years Eve and then watch the NYE celebration at the park. We did that for many, many years until 2011 (they stopped doing the Luau in 2012, I believe). Those NYEs were the best. I only wish I appreciated them more at the time instead of wish I was with my friends. Family first. Always.
I love baking Christmas cookies!

My favorite holiday tradition is spending time with my family!! Throughout the year everyone is so busy and it’s hard to get us all in the same room. However, nobody has any other plans on Christmas morning. 🙂
My favorite holiday tradition is going to the local zoos to see their light shows. My husband is a theatrical electrician and gets all sorts of ideas about LEDs and cable paging from it. Sounds lame, but we have a blast, especially with our spiked hot chocolate for the walk.
My favorite Christmas tradition is baking! It’s my job in the family to provide the treats and I enjoy filling the bellies of the ones I love!
I pre-ordered for myself, but I would love to win a copy for my health-minded BFF Joanne!
