{Giveaway} Dehydration Station

Hiiiiii 😀 Happy Indian Food Wednesday! How’s your day going?

I’m so glad you guys liked the video I posted last night– pretty amazeballz, huh? I also LOVED reading about your pets’ nicknames. Glad we’re not the only weirdos out there 😉

(check out that LEG sticking out! She’s so funny)

We just got back from this morning’s 30 minute walk, and also went to the dog park (DP) so Bella could chase her friends around and collapse in the dirt.

B-fast for the Pilot:

pilot

(Sourdough English muffin with sundried tomato goat cheese, organic turkey, an over easy egg on each side, and 1/2 avocado with berries)

Perfect protein pancakes for me:

pancakes

BANANA SPLIT protein pancakes with a square of dark chocolate, 1/2 banana, organic strawberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Yes, yes, yesssssssssssssss <—-foodgasm

So I wanted to say a little “thank you” for being so lovely and supportive since the Pilot has been home, with house hunting and life in general, so I asked my friends at OpenSky if we could do a lil giveaway.

When I picked the item, I wanted it to be something I use all the time and LOVE, so it was really an easy choice.

    One word…ROONS!

  2. LisaG on April 7, 2011 at 12:40 pm

I need one!! I would make sundried tomatoes; I’m addicted to them served with crostini, goat cheese, basil, balsamic. I’m also trying to get my mother to eat healthy since she has been recently sick. So, I’m thinking of kale/collard chips and dried fuit, anything.

I have always wanted a dehydrator! There’s an organic cafe across from my office that sells raw + vegan desserts and I’m absolutely obsessed with their raw Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies (I could seriously eat one everyday)… so I would definitely use the dehydrator to re-create something similar!

  9. Jules on April 7, 2011 at 12:56 pm

  10. JenP on April 7, 2011 at 12:59 pm

I’d make granola. Last time, it melted the plastic trays on the dehydrator my in laws gave me. Needless to say, I returned the dehydrator. It was good granola!

  11. Brieann on April 7, 2011 at 1:02 pm
