Rodan + Fields giveaway

My normal skincare routine would probably make some people shudder.
It involves using a little cleanser (usually Yes To brand or Juice Beauty) on the Clairsonic at night, nighttime moisturizer, and tinted SPF moisturizer for day. Once or twice a week, I feel fancy and use a LUSH face mask. That’s it. Full-on skincare/makeup routines freak me out a little bit (toner, exfoliator, makeup remover, primer, whaaaaat?!) and I always feel intimidated when I check out new products. If it ain’t broke, right?
Well, my friend Jeni has always had absolutely gorgeous skin. In the 5 years I’ve known her, it’s continued to become even more vibrant and beautiful. When she last came to visit, it was absolutely glowing, so I asked what products she’d been using. (Unlike me, Jeni knows about makeup and skincare and stuff haha.) She had started using the Rodan + Fields products (founded by the same doctors who created the ProActiv solution) and loved them so much that she became a consultant for them. Since I was curious to try it out, she offered to send me some samples when she got home. (And because she’s one of my closest friends and know it’s important to me, she also triple-checked to make sure that the products weren’t tested on animals. When I first opened the package, I was really excited to try out the facial, lip serum and exfoliator she sent. The verdict? I absolutely loved everything. My skin looked noticeably different in a couple of weeks. Since I found the products to be extremely effective (yet gentle enough for my sensitive skin) I asked Jeni if she might be able to do a giveaway.

My favorite thing I could never live without is my neutrogena moisturizer with SPF. Nothing fancy. Just plain old neutrogena. Oh and my rosebud salve.

Moroccan Oil is one of my favourites too! I’ve tried cheaper imitation products and they just don’t do as good a job!

As strange as it is, I’m all about coconut oil. It’s the only thing I’ve found that doesn’t make my super dry skin sting.

Love my Frederic Fekkai glossing cream! Love that you only need a little bit and can use it on wet or dry hair!
Coconut oil here too . . . I also use it on my dog’s nose in the summer, poor guy is old and it gets really dry!
I love to use almond oil with a few lavender drops on my face. Smells so good!
My favorite skin produce right now is a face oil made from Kola nut oil. It imparts long lasting moisture and a dewy but not oily look to my skin.
Moroccan oil is mine too. Feels like I’m on vacation every time I use 🙂
I have to say my biggest mainstay has to be Chapstick. The mint is my favorite for smell and flavor, but cherry does add a little color which is nice. Thanks for the giveaway opp!
My favorite hair product is Kendi Oil by Bamboo. It makes my hair smell wonderful and leaves it so soft even after straightening it!
I have been loving the CeraVe night cream lately – perfect amount of moisture overnight without being too thick! I’m definitely started paying more attention to my routine now that I’m closing in on a new age range quickly 🙂

My favorite skincare product is the Clarisonic. I’m amazed at how different my skin looks and feels since I started using it. I also love EO shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, especially the lavender scent. I’m looking for new skincare products so this giveaway is timely for me.

I’m a Noxema girl. I do miss the old scent. It reminded me of my maternal grandma who died about 18 years ago. She used Noxema for everything! It’s great on sunburns.
For my face I love mary kay face wash, for my body I love dove sensitive skin bar. Not too exciting but it works for me!
i’ve been using avalon organics vitamin c cleansing gel every day for over a year now…it leaves my skin feeling extremely clean, but not dry or tight at all. love it!

I absolutely love the new Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair eye cream. I began using it about a month ago and my eyes have never felt more moisturized…and the bags are gone! I’m still relatively young (in my mid-20’s), but I have noticed a huge difference. I’m a fan!
I would have to say tinted moisturizer. Growing up I had oily skin, so I would avoid it light the plague, but as I’ve gotten older my skin has dried out a bit and now obtuse it all the time. That and mascara and in good to go! 🙂

I’ve been trying to get into argon oil but have yet to decide how I feel about it. My fav tested and true product is Burts Bees chapstick. It has the be the regular one though…. The fancy pomegranate one destroys my lips.
