Two fantastic date nights with this handsome guy.
We went to see The Edge of Tomorrow (so intense!) and met up with friends at Brooklyn Girl for dinner. They have an eclectic menu (salads, pasta, pizza, chicken, seafood, tapas, oysters) and sweet and spicy popcorn. We’ll be back soon 😉

Bolani is the best and their staff is always so friendly! You’ve got to try the pumpkin flatbread when you get the chance- by far the best! Also… if you could figure out how to recreate their garlic yogurt cheese I would die of happiness 😉

Hey! Any tips for making date nights happen for a new mom? I have a 2 month old. When did you start and how often do you get a babysitter?
hey girl! i think liv was 4 months old the first time we went on a date? it seems so long ago. for me, it was trusting the fact that she would be fine. i had a lot of anxiety and it was hard for me to leave her, but i realized that she needed a mom and dad who were in love and still made their relationship a priority. now we have a date night at least every couple of weeks.

Did you get the Bolani from Costco? I am obsessed with that stuff! It is from the SF Bay area, where I am originally from, and didn’t know they were expanding their market to SoCal! That is super exciting to see! I always stock up at the farmer’s markets or Costco when I visit my fam. I hope it comes to my neck of the woods soon :).

My cousin is freaked out by the sand but loves the beach so I have to give her a piggy back ride every time!
