Creating a quiz with Interact

Hi friends! I’m so, so excited that you’re pumped about the new personalized fitness plans. The enthusiasm has been so amazing, and I’m beyond thankful for all of your support. I’ve received quite a few questions about the plans (how they’re set up, muscle group splits, how long are the workouts, and the cancelation policy), so stay tuned for an FAQ post with all of your questions. If you have any questions or concerns about the fit guides, please comment below or send me an email! I had a blast putting these together, and also had a little too much fun creating the fitness personality quiz.

working out

When I first decided I wanted these to be quiz-based for a personal touch, I reached out to Katy (who helps me with tech and behind-the-scenes blog stuff) to see if she had any suggestions. She immediately recommended Interact, and figured that it would have the capabilities we were looking for, especially when it came to synching with my email list and adding appropriate tags. As destiny would have it, within a couple of days, I received an email from Interact asking if I’d like to try it out. It’s crazy how the world works sometimes. (Note: this post isn’t sponsored, but I did receive a complimentary membership. Just sharing my thoughts if you’d like to try it out!)

One night, I poured myself a glass of red, and got ready for some supreme technology intimidation. Even though I usually figure out what I need to do, it always seems like a bit of a puzzle when I do work on my email list or adding optins or code to my site.

Thankfully, this was NOTHING like that.

Working with interact

(I’m trying to learn Photoshop, which has been a disaster, so all of my tabs are tutorials on learning!)

The Interact dashboard was so incredibly easy to use, and it walked me through each step. It has a lot of really cool capabilities:

-You can sync the quiz results to your email newsletter provider (I use ConvertKit and it synced beautifully with my

-You can map out results based on conditions

-You can choose from a variety of quiz styles and templates

-You can also use images they provide, or upload your own

Fitness quiz

It was surprisingly easy to put together, and it’s been so interesting to see the results come in. I took the test myself and I’m a Fitness Freak, which didn’t surprise me too much.

Fintessista Fitness FreakA few of my blogger friends reached out asking about the quiz capability, and I think it’s an amazing tool if you have an online business or website. It’s a great way to build up your email list while providing value to your audience.

Check out my link for Interact here if you’d like to give it a try!

Did you take the quiz yet? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Happy Wednesday, friends.

Already took the quiz and signed up for a fit guide…so excited! Will we be able to switch fit guides down the road if our needs change?

I’ve always struggled with how to balance cardio and weights. When I’m not pregnant (due June 23rd!), I love to go mountain biking and trail running so I guess I’m a cardio junkie (but not a gym class cardio junkie). I stopped running around 20 weeks and am anxious to slowly get back into running shape and am already thinking about how I’m going to do that. Which plan would you recommend for a new mom who is a cardio junkie but also likes to fit in weights? I know it will be especially important to slowly build back my strength and fitness once the baby is here and I get approved to workout.

hey! congrats on your pregnancy! i’d start with the PBB plan and then when you’re finished and feeling good, try either the home workout worrior or cardio queen plan 🙂
