Favorite things giveaway: Onzie

Hi! How are ya? Hope you’re having a great weekend! It’s been a while since I checked in on a Saturday, and today it’s with the last of this week’s favorite things giveaways! Today’s giveaway is courtesy of my friends at Onzie.

    It’s been pouring rain over here in NYC, but I did my favorite HIIT/TRX class last night and will look for a youtube workout or one of your strength circuits to do at home tomorrow morning!

    My activity this weekend is breastfeeding my brand new baby and gently stretching my shoulders from the earlynursing pains that come with a new baby. I am excited about my return to yoga even though it’s a few weeks away.
