Favorite things giveaway: Onzie
Hi! How are ya? Hope you’re having a great weekend! It’s been a while since I checked in on a Saturday, and today it’s with the last of this week’s favorite things giveaways! Today’s giveaway is courtesy of my friends at Onzie.
Onzie has an incredible selection of leggings, tops, and and workout apparel, made in the USA. My favorite “crazy tattoo pants” (as we call them) are Onzie,
as well as this beloved tank top.

I went to boot camp this morning and tomorrow I will be going to yoga!
I’m walking/running outside both days this weekend. I killed my workouts in the gym this week, now I’m heading outdoors on the weekend to do lighter workouts while enjoying the perfect AZ weather.
I did a 4 mile walk today. I wanted to get activity in, but I really wanted some low intensity. I’m a bit sore from all my workouts this week!

My husband and I spent this afternoon at a pre/postnatal yoga workshop to benefit the legalization of midwife-attended home births in Maryland. I just passed my 6 week postpartum check up so it felt great to move again. It was also super fun to introduce my prenatal yoga teacher to our daughter! She was great in class.
Started off my weekend with a Saturday morning run!
I ran 5 miles then did an arms & core workout.
I’m doing my barre3! And foam rolling 🙂
I hit up the gym today for a cardio sesh!
I’ll be hitting up the gym in the morning!!
I volunteered at the food bank which always ends up being 3 hours of movement and lifting
I enjoyed a run this afternoon after work!
Does running after my little one count? We’re both under the weather but we still got out today for a walk–to Starbucks…but still!
I got up and went for an 8.5 mile trail run with a friend today to keep active this weekend!! It wasn’t too cold (considering I live in Michigan) and it felt great to get moving!
Lots of yoga!!
CJ & I only live about 4 miles from Saguaro Natl Park-East and we take Piper in her stroller and get a great walk in at the park, up & down the hills.
Yoga and lots of walking for Christmas shopping! 🙂
Those leggings are cute. I did my favorite Saturday morning classes at the gym – spinning, core conditioning, and aqua aerobics. So nice to be home after a long week out of town for work!
Ran 8 miles this morning. Need 56 more this year to make 1200 miles for 2014.

Long run tomorrow with running group. Then I’m going to decide if I’ll be running the Bandera 25K in January…ahh!

I’m spending the last of my husbands days off with him- he works out at camp for 3 weeks at a time so any time off together is a treat! Even if we just walk the dog and make dinner.
since today was quite lazy, I want to hit my 10k step goal and get a weight circuit in!
