We went hiking and cut down a Christmas tree (and carried my 2.5 year old around because he kept slipping in the mud)!

Well, it turns out I’m working a 16-hour shift on the Mom-Baby unit (I’m an RN), so my exercise plans for tomorrow AM are ruined due to needing to sleep. But 16 hours running here and there on the floor ought to count!
Lots of Christmas shopping = Lots of walking! Also, I plan to keep up with my workouts this weekend.
Does walking while shopping count?? ๐

Yesterday was a active one! Gym and coffee date with my mom and sister in the a.m.
And hours of chasing my 13 month old around a winter wonderland festival in the p.m.

LOVE printed yoga pants! I use the weekend to get in an outside run this my workouts through the week begin at 5:30 am…. Typing that makes me sound crazy even to myself haha

I am doing a few workout and going for walks for activities!
I ran 6.5 miles yesterday morning..then tried on wedding dresses which I would count as cardio too! This morning my fiance and I are going to the gym. Those peacock pants are awesome!!!
Sunday’s are my off day, but cleaning my house is active right?! ๐

I practice yoga on Saturday and Sunday with my two roommates! We have a blast!
Finally getting back into more regular running now that the weather is cooling down here in Florida! 5 miles yesterday and hopefully five miles today!!
I’m taking a flying trapeze class this morning! Definitely a place where leggings like these are appreciated. ๐
I plan on going for a run this afternoon – we have to squeeze in every nice day of December that we can!
