Favorite Things Giveaway: Suja

Hi friends! How about another Favorite Things giveaway??

Fitnessista GiveawaysPNG

During the holiday season, I’m even more grateful for the delicious treats that also happen to be healthy. It’s nice to get a little bit of nutrients in between the sugar avalanche. 🙂

Suja fairy 1 of 1

I’ve been a huge fan of Suja’s cold-pressed juices for the past couple of years. They’re one of my favorite ways to get a healthy energy boost on the go, and they have so many amazing flavors. I love the 12 Essentials when I’m lacking in greens, and my all-time favorite is Glow: a refreshing green juice with a pop of mint.

Glow

I take a Suja with me when I know we’ll be out and about for a while, and want something delicious and nutrient-dense to drink.

I stay healthy during the holidays by staying active every day, which I includes 6 days of workouts, shakeology and chasing my toddler :). It also helps that I hate baking; therefore, I’m not tempted by sweet treats.

  6. Audra D on December 8, 2015 at 2:02 pm

I stay healthy by staying active and by limiting the treats I eat to those that I love the most and leave the ones that I don’t get too excited about alone. May as well make the calories count!!

  7. Amanda on December 8, 2015 at 2:02 pm

I stay healthy by staying true to mindful eating!

  8. Brooke on December 8, 2015 at 2:02 pm

Always carrying a water bottle so I stay hydrated and focus on MOVEMENT every day, whether a full workout or some yoga or just a stroll around the block…focusing on doing something helps keep me on track!

  9. Sara Giboney @ Sweet Success on December 8, 2015 at 2:03 pm

My favorite way to stay healthy during the holidays is staying committed to my workouts. I always feel so much better when I workout, and I usually make healthier food choices when I workout.

I stay healthy at the holidays by trying to fit in some type of workout, but also just not beating myself up over enjoying the treats

  22. Holly Tonolli on December 8, 2015 at 2:11 pm

These look amazing – perhaps for a preworkout treat?

  23. Kelsey Halena on December 8, 2015 at 2:14 pm

I know you’ve mentioned this before too, but I try to stay on track by making sure my workouts stay pretty consistent. If I’ve started my day with a workout, I’m less likely to go buck wild on the dessert platter later that day!

  24. Amber Dillon on December 8, 2015 at 2:15 pm

I love Suja Juices! I always pick one up at Target, it is any easy way to get in lots of nutrition and tastes awesome!

  25. Carly on December 8, 2015 at 2:16 pm

I love Suja! And it would come in so handy right now as I’m in the depths of morning sickness and can’t look at any veggie or salad without it being hidden in a juice or smoothie

I try and keep up with my work outs as much as possible during the holidays. Although, I’m 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow and it is getting harder and harder to keep up!

  34. Jessie R on December 8, 2015 at 2:25 pm

I’m fitting in extra workouts (holiday themed workouts offered by the gym sure do help!) and making sure to eat as many veggie dense meals as I can.

  35. Jackie on December 8, 2015 at 2:30 pm

I love that you can find Suja at Target. I get a 2 pack of hard cooked eggs at the deli and a Suja for a delicious filling mini-meal:)

  36. Allison M on December 8, 2015 at 2:30 pm

I do my best to eat ultra-healthy when I’m cooking for myself and fit in a couple extra workouts here and there, but I would never give up the homemade treats made with love!

  37. Kylee on December 8, 2015 at 2:30 pm

I will stay healthy this holiday season by getting in my 10,000 steps every day.

  40. Carrie on December 8, 2015 at 2:31 pm

I try to eat a good breakfast and lunch before heading to a Christmas party. That way, I feel like I can indulge because I already got good quality food in for 2/3 of the day. I also like to fit in quick home workouts (and skip the gym), especially HIIT, to save on time and keep my sanity.

  41. Haley on December 8, 2015 at 2:34 pm

My favorite way to stay on track during the holidays is to exercise everyday! I find if I exercise, I am much more likely to skip the sweets if they aren’t worth it 🙂

  42. Becky @ The Bex Factor on December 8, 2015 at 2:34 pm

I swear cold press juices are what’s keeping me healthy with all the nasty bugs going around right now. But I like to maintain a healthy diet among the treats and keep up with my workouts around the holiday activities.
