Favorite Things Giveaway: Suja
Hi friends! How about another Favorite Things giveaway??
During the holiday season, Iโm even more grateful for the delicious treats that also happen to be healthy. Itโs nice to get a little bit of nutrients in between the sugar avalanche. ๐
Iโve been a huge fan of Sujaโs cold-pressed juices for the past couple of years. Theyโre one of my favorite ways to get a healthy energy boost on the go, and they have so many amazing flavors. I love the 12 Essentials when Iโm lacking in greens, and my all-time favorite is Glow: a refreshing green juice with a pop of mint.
I take a Suja with me when I know weโll be out and about for a while, and want something delicious and nutrient-dense to drink.

I stay healthy by making sure I exercise every day, even if its just 15-20 minutes. And SLEEP!! At least 7 hours – not always possible with a baby, but usually! ๐ ๐

I usually suck at this so my goal is to do better then previous years. To get a few runs in would be good!
Walking around the lake near my house more, especially if we ever get any cooler weather.
I stay healthy by not over indulging TOO much. I try to satisfy my cravings throughout the year so I don’t go crazy during the holidays. This seems to work and I usually maintain my body weight. Plus I have more time off from work so I can work out!

I try to keep healthy during the holidays simply by being balanced. Fit in workouts whenever possible, but also indulge in sleeping in or snuggling on the couch in the afternoon with loved ones. Enjoy veggies because they make me feel good, but also enjoy Mom’s cookies because they make my soul feel good : )
I like to incorporate movement, like walks or park outings, or exercise, like holiday-themed running raced, into my celebrations with family over the holidays.

I stay healthy by working in a run or walk, going to the park with my daughter–anything to get my body moving ๐ I also try to eat clean, get a good 8 hrs of sleep and some down time throughout my day.

I like to stay healthy during the holidays by instituting a “no excuses” policy at least 5 days a week for workouts – but making sure that they are FUN!
