Hi friends! How about another Favorite Things giveaway??

Fitnessista GiveawaysPNG

During the holiday season, Iโ€™m even more grateful for the delicious treats that also happen to be healthy. Itโ€™s nice to get a little bit of nutrients in between the sugar avalanche. ๐Ÿ™‚

Suja fairy 1 of 1

Iโ€™ve been a huge fan of Sujaโ€™s cold-pressed juices for the past couple of years. Theyโ€™re one of my favorite ways to get a healthy energy boost on the go, and they have so many amazing flavors. I love the 12 Essentials when Iโ€™m lacking in greens, and my all-time favorite is Glow: a refreshing green juice with a pop of mint.

Glow

I take a Suja with me when I know weโ€™ll be out and about for a while, and want something delicious and nutrient-dense to drink.

A way I stay healthy through the holidays is I set up a meal plan & workout plan and stick to it! And forgive myself if life happens sometimes & I can’t stick to being a controlling-plan-person all the time ๐Ÿ˜‰ But just having an “outline” or something written down helps me stay on track!

  4. Ashley on December 8, 2015 at 2:46 pm

  11. Katy on December 8, 2015 at 2:54 pm

  13. Lena on December 8, 2015 at 2:55 pm

A way for me to stay healthy during the holidays is to prep veggie and fruit snacks at the beginning of each week. This way it’s easier for me to grab something healthy, rather than trying to go for the sweet things that tempt me everywhere.

  14. Grace on December 8, 2015 at 2:58 pm

I make an effort to eat larger, more nutrient dense breakfasts to power me through the day. Eggs are the best!

I remind myself that this is not the last time I will be offered a cookie or piece of cake! Helps me keep it in moderation. Also, I make sure I do something active the morning of any family event, which helps with stress and also motivates me to make good food choices!

I love Suja juice! I try and buy it at Target when I can because I think it’s cheapest there. My favorite is the Mighty Greens. During the holidays To-Do lists are actually what keeps me healthy and sane. They keep my stress level down because once I write it down I don’t have to remember it anymore, and they help me schedule workouts or specific cooking chores I need to do.

  35. Jessica Newson on December 8, 2015 at 3:35 pm

I stay healthy by trying to fit in a workout everyday day, even if it’s only a 20 min hiit! I always pick up a Suja juice when I’m at target!
