Favorite Things Giveaway: Suja
Hi friends! How about another Favorite Things giveaway??
During the holiday season, Iโm even more grateful for the delicious treats that also happen to be healthy. Itโs nice to get a little bit of nutrients in between the sugar avalanche. ๐
Iโve been a huge fan of Sujaโs cold-pressed juices for the past couple of years. Theyโre one of my favorite ways to get a healthy energy boost on the go, and they have so many amazing flavors. I love the 12 Essentials when Iโm lacking in greens, and my all-time favorite is Glow: a refreshing green juice with a pop of mint.
I take a Suja with me when I know weโll be out and about for a while, and want something delicious and nutrient-dense to drink.
Suja on a boat:
and a staple during nights at yoga teacher training.
My friends at Suja kindly offered a case of their Essentials for a lucky reader friend:
(Flavors: Berry Goodness, Berry Nana, Mango Magic, Sweet Beets, Green Delight, Carrot Crush, Cucumber Chill, Wild Lemon, Vibrant Probiotic, Mighty Greens and Green Delight)
Hereโs how to enter:
All Favorite Things giveaways will end 12/17 at midnight and announced the following day in Friday Faves. You still have time to enter the Fabletics and Rewined giveaways, plus a few more are on the way.
Cheers!
xoxo

This giveaway isnโt sponsored. Favorite Things Giveaways are from companies I know and love, and reached out to them to surprise you with some goodies this holiday season.
I make sure to exercise every day if possible! thanks….
Moderation and keep moving!
I make sure to get out for a run or walk each day
I love fresh juices!
I try to get at least 3 workouts a week!
I, also follow on instagram.
I stay healthy by keeping up with my workouts!
I try to workout every day even if it’s just for a few minutes. I also like to do a few 10 minute barre workouts throughout the day.

I have always wanted to try these juices!
December is definitely a month to indulge, but I balance it with trying to get in veggies and lean proteins when I can. Also, keeping up with my workouts.
Fresh air and daily movement are key to staying healthy for me.
I try to stay healthy during the holidays by drinking at least 4L of water/day and saving my “sweets” for the homemade goodies, skipping the store bought one. ๐
I try to stay healthy by getting some type of workout in before going to a holiday party or cookie exchange! Feels good to sweat a bit before indulging!
I follow you on Instagram!
I try to work out and I pick out a few holiday treats that I have to have and space them out. Example: I always allow one Carmel Apple Spice every November!
i do like a good cold pressed juice
I have been struggling to stay healthy lately. I have two young children and I am just so tired at the end of the day. These juices seem like an easy quick way to grab a healthy snack.
I eat a lot of beets, which are my favorite, and luckily enough they’re in season during the winter. That a ton of grapefruit!
I would love to try the glow!
I stay active by making healthier treats, keeping up with my workouts and following the 80/20 rule:)
I drink green juice E.V.E.R.Y. day and will keep it up over the holidays as well.
I love making juice at home. I’ve never tried this brand but would love to!
I try to get enough sleep, which is sometimes an uphill battle with a two year old in the house.
I keep up my exercising routine! I may have more treats, but at least I keep up my exercising.
I stay healthy by making time for my workouts every day! I enjoy holiday parties, visiting with family and friends, etc. a lot more when I’ve taken time to exercise ๐
I follow you on instagram!
I always carry a water bottle with me around work and make sure to commit to 3-4 workouts/week at the gymโeven with the dark nights setting in early.
I live in the south where it is always hot and humid. So I love to take lots of walks in the cool air during the holidays. Getting outdoors helps me to stay active and I don’t sweat to death being outside. I love it!
Long time follower of you on insta!
Exercise and eating intuitively. NO depriving.
I go running in the mornings to make sure I schedule it in, and I let myself have small portions of all my favorite desserts – they only come around once, generally!
Also, I follow you on Instagram!
Going for a run or keeping up with going to the gym at least 3-4 times/week. I definitely have lots of treats though!
I try to find healthy foods & only sample the sweets instead of devouring them!
I do Stroller Strides throughout the year (and during the holidays!) to stay fit!
I follow you on IG!
Would love a case of Suja juices to share with my family!
I try to REALLY enjoy the times I indulge and then move on and make healthy choices. The holidays only come once a year so I try not to sweat it, but also don’t waste calories on things I don’t really love.
I try to go for a walk (outside or if it’s cold, at the mall or Target) once a day with my baby ๐
I stay healthy by trying to get in 39 minutes of activity each day and enjoying all of the treats in moderation
I don’t beat myself up about indulgences during the holidays, but doing a 21 Day Fix in November really helped give me some wiggle room going into the sugariest season! For parties I often have a small taste of everything that looks good, and then only go back for more of the dishes/treats that are really worth it!
Love me some juices! I should really use my juicer more…
I stay healthy during the holidays by remembering that there is always going to be more opportunities to eat something unhealthy if I want it. That way, I don’t pig out on the first thing I see or eat. Also, I keep up with my workouts and try to fit in more walking so that I’m balancing out going out with friends and holiday parties. I so hope to win this giveaway because (a) I have never won one of your giveaways, and (2) I really want to try Suja’s variations.
Hope you’re doing well! : )
This year I’m unemployed and pregnant – so I’ve picked up a catalogue route to make sure I get outside for a few walks each week and stay healthy! I am also abstaining from baking anything until we visit family for the holidays – there will be enough time for delicious treats then!
I love Suja!
I like to help plan the menu if possible with lots of yummy healthy options.
I feel extra motivated around the holidays to work out, so that helps! And when I work out I generally eat better and am more mindful!
I also follow on Insta ๐
During the holidays I try to get out and move my body as often as possible. I attend Stroller Strides and Body Back classes with Fit4Mom, and I’m also an instructor. If I’m going to a party, I try to eat a small healthy meal or snack before I go to help me control my cravings for cookies and other not-so-healthy holiday treats.
