Hi friends! How about another Favorite Things giveaway??

Fitnessista GiveawaysPNG

During the holiday season, I’m even more grateful for the delicious treats that also happen to be healthy. It’s nice to get a little bit of nutrients in between the sugar avalanche. 🙂

Suja fairy 1 of 1

I’ve been a huge fan of Suja’s cold-pressed juices for the past couple of years. They’re one of my favorite ways to get a healthy energy boost on the go, and they have so many amazing flavors. I love the 12 Essentials when I’m lacking in greens, and my all-time favorite is Glow: a refreshing green juice with a pop of mint.

Glow

I take a Suja with me when I know we’ll be out and about for a while, and want something delicious and nutrient-dense to drink.

December is definitely a month to indulge, but I balance it with trying to get in veggies and lean proteins when I can. Also, keeping up with my workouts.

  12. Rachel on December 8, 2015 at 4:38 pm

Fresh air and daily movement are key to staying healthy for me.

  13. Casey on December 8, 2015 at 4:39 pm

I try to stay healthy during the holidays by drinking at least 4L of water/day and saving my “sweets” for the homemade goodies, skipping the store bought one. 🙂

  14. Maggie on December 8, 2015 at 4:39 pm

I try to stay healthy by getting some type of workout in before going to a holiday party or cookie exchange! Feels good to sweat a bit before indulging!

i do like a good cold pressed juice

  18. Sarah on December 8, 2015 at 4:50 pm

I have been struggling to stay healthy lately. I have two young children and I am just so tired at the end of the day. These juices seem like an easy quick way to grab a healthy snack.

  19. Sally blaser on December 8, 2015 at 4:52 pm

I eat a lot of beets, which are my favorite, and luckily enough they’re in season during the winter. That a ton of grapefruit!

  25. Rebecca on December 8, 2015 at 5:14 pm

I keep up my exercising routine! I may have more treats, but at least I keep up my exercising.

  26. Jill on December 8, 2015 at 5:16 pm

I always carry a water bottle with me around work and make sure to commit to 3-4 workouts/week at the gym—even with the dark nights setting in early.

  29. Alexis caldwell on December 8, 2015 at 5:24 pm

I live in the south where it is always hot and humid. So I love to take lots of walks in the cool air during the holidays. Getting outdoors helps me to stay active and I don’t sweat to death being outside. I love it!

  30. Alexis caldwell on December 8, 2015 at 5:24 pm

Long time follower of you on insta!

  31. Amanda on December 8, 2015 at 5:25 pm

Exercise and eating intuitively. NO depriving.

  32. Chelsea on December 8, 2015 at 5:28 pm

I go running in the mornings to make sure I schedule it in, and I let myself have small portions of all my favorite desserts – they only come around once, generally!

  33. Chelsea on December 8, 2015 at 5:29 pm

Also, I follow you on Instagram!

  34. Jenny L on December 8, 2015 at 5:29 pm

Going for a run or keeping up with going to the gym at least 3-4 times/week. I definitely have lots of treats though!

  35. Tonya on December 8, 2015 at 5:32 pm

I try to find healthy foods & only sample the sweets instead of devouring them!

  36. Michelle Webster on December 8, 2015 at 5:35 pm

  38. Tara on December 8, 2015 at 5:36 pm

Would love a case of Suja juices to share with my family!

  39. Vicky N. on December 8, 2015 at 5:37 pm

I try to REALLY enjoy the times I indulge and then move on and make healthy choices. The holidays only come once a year so I try not to sweat it, but also don’t waste calories on things I don’t really love.

  40. Julie on December 8, 2015 at 5:38 pm

I try to go for a walk (outside or if it’s cold, at the mall or Target) once a day with my baby 🙂

  41. Alexandra on December 8, 2015 at 5:40 pm

I stay healthy by trying to get in 39 minutes of activity each day and enjoying all of the treats in moderation

  42. Samantha on December 8, 2015 at 5:44 pm

I don’t beat myself up about indulgences during the holidays, but doing a 21 Day Fix in November really helped give me some wiggle room going into the sugariest season! For parties I often have a small taste of everything that looks good, and then only go back for more of the dishes/treats that are really worth it!

  43. clare @ fitting it all in on December 8, 2015 at 5:44 pm

Love me some juices! I should really use my juicer more…

  44. Sam on December 8, 2015 at 5:52 pm

I stay healthy during the holidays by remembering that there is always going to be more opportunities to eat something unhealthy if I want it. That way, I don’t pig out on the first thing I see or eat. Also, I keep up with my workouts and try to fit in more walking so that I’m balancing out going out with friends and holiday parties. I so hope to win this giveaway because (a) I have never won one of your giveaways, and (2) I really want to try Suja’s variations.

    Hope you’re doing well! : )

  45. Lexi Manton on December 8, 2015 at 5:54 pm

This year I’m unemployed and pregnant – so I’ve picked up a catalogue route to make sure I get outside for a few walks each week and stay healthy! I am also abstaining from baking anything until we visit family for the holidays – there will be enough time for delicious treats then!

  46. Gail on December 8, 2015 at 5:55 pm

    I love Suja!

  47. Laura H on December 8, 2015 at 5:59 pm

I like to help plan the menu if possible with lots of yummy healthy options.

  48. K on December 8, 2015 at 6:00 pm

I feel extra motivated around the holidays to work out, so that helps! And when I work out I generally eat better and am more mindful!

  50. Julya Reynolds on December 8, 2015 at 6:00 pm

During the holidays I try to get out and move my body as often as possible. I attend Stroller Strides and Body Back classes with Fit4Mom, and I’m also an instructor. If I’m going to a party, I try to eat a small healthy meal or snack before I go to help me control my cravings for cookies and other not-so-healthy holiday treats.
