I’m here in Chicago for a quick blog trip with NOW Foods. I’m looking forward to learning more about the company, enjoying some activities with blog friends, and… being in Chicago. Even if it’s only for a short time, it’s one of my favorite places to visit! I’ve been sharing the adventures on IG stories if you’d like to follow along there.

I’m kicking it old school and enjoying going back to the library for books. I know you can download books somehow – but am not sure how to do this – but there’s something really peaceful about browsing the aisles for something new. Our local library leaves much to be desired in the fiction section, but the business section is top-notch. Last week, I read Blue Ocean Shift and highly recommend it if you’re looking to expand your business model and find motivation.

This backpack! This was a gift from Stitch Fix a while ago and it’s quickly become my favorite travel backpack. Love the neutral color and it’s really well-structured.
Summer Shape Up prep! Emily Field and I are teaming up for this year’s Summer Shape Up: 4 weeks of FREE workouts, nutrition advice, videos, grocery plans, and group accountability. We filmed the workout videos for you last weekend, and I’m so excited for you to have them. There are 6 new workouts total (3 are full follow-along videos) and it’s going to be a great year. The fun officially starts on the 24th, so I’ll have a post up on Monday with what to expect and how to sign up. (Newsletter friends will get all of the workouts and meals early so you can plan and prepare.)
