Friday Faves 3.1
Hi friends! Happy Friday! What are you up to this weekend? Iโm looking forward to a yoga class, dinner with the fam, and having a *nothing* weekend after 4 weeks in a row of trips to Phoenix, Vegas, San Diego, and then back to Phoenix last weekend. Even though we had a blast, it will be nice to have a low-key weekend at home.
Last weekโs adventure: taking Liv to see Olivia Rodrigo! This was one of her Christmas presents, and sheโd been looking forward to it. (I felt bad that the four of us couldnโt go, but it was a fight for my life to get the two tickets when presale went live!) P had a daddy-daughter adventures to the bowling alley and arcade with friends.
Olivia Rodrigo was amaaaaaazing. I really like her voice – Liv is a HUGE fan- and I was blown away by the talent, production quality, and dancers. I liked it even more than Taylor Swift (donโt throw anything at me!)
We went with friends, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rest of the week has been filled with house stuff – I canโt wait to show ya the final result – and the school/dance/work/chore/life usual craziness.
Itโs time for the weekly Friday Faves party! This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your faves, too, so please shout out something youโre loving in the comments section below.

Read, watch, listen:
Listening to this podcast episode while I write this post.
On a mission to help Mazer live foreverrrrrr.
How one small habit can change your life.ย
Health + Fitness:
I put on a new CGM and itโs been fun to check in with things and get new data. I was interested to say see how it responded to the huge increase in beans in my life – I have beans either with lunch or dinner every day on the CBO protocol! – and itโs remained stable. If youโre curious in trying Nutrisense, I highly recommend it it. Itโs incredible to see how our bodies respond to food, exercise, sleep, and stress, and their RDs help you analyze the data, provide tips, and run experiments.ย ย You can check out my full post here and use the code GINA50 here to give it a try.
(Made these sweet potato and chickpea tortillas with equal parts cooked sweet potato and chickpea flour. I cooked them in a little coconut oil for 2-3 min per side. Make sure to use wet hands to form the discs.)
Fashion + beauty:
This Madewell dress! I tried to wear it the other day and then it started pouring. Thankfully spring is just around the corner.
Reader Faves from Feb. Itโs always fun to go back through analytics and see which products you enjoyed the most this month that Iโve shared on the blog.
Here are Febโs top picks:
This Nap dress dupe. I have it in tan and want another color.
The best retainer cleaner. If you wear Invisalign or a retainer, you need this. Itโs so much less expensive than some versions and works extremely well. Itโs also small enough for travel.
This shoe spray. This is my holy grail for sneakers (especially the kids). i also used it on Livโs white printed backpack before school began, and it still looks brand new.
This little rebounder. Such a fun way to support your lymphatic system and I love jumping for 5-10 minutes each day.
This square-neck one-piece. The perfect mom swimsuit.
These slides are surprisingly neutral and lovely for spring/summer.
My go-to joggers for life and travel.
This one-piece in so many gorgeous colors.ย
Something exciting is coming with Beautycounter this month!!! Make sure youโre on my newsletter to get the info first!
Happy Friday, friends! Have a wonderful day and Iโll see ya soon!

$450 for a pair of glorified flip flops??? I like them a lot but noโฆ
the quality is amazing and they’re the type you can wear for years and they still look good. all of my cheap sandals are lucky to make it through half the summer before they break or look super worn. even the sam edelman slides – which are super cute!- don’t last very long
