The Pilot is home today after being gone for two weeks โ airline training is no joke and Iโll finally post an update soon โ so Iโm excited to spend some time with him. Iโm hoping after he takes a snooze that we can catch brunch or a sandwich at August Rhodes before picking the crew up from school.

My goal for the fall is to incorporate more strength training and yoga. Iโm a cardio loving gal and with a little one, iโve found that itโs hard to find time to go to a class since I work full time and want to soak up time with my daughter once we are home. Usually when I find time to work out, a run is my go to, so iโd love to start incorporating strength back in.
My fitness goal is to lose 30lbs and exercise more.
